The listing was exactly as listed, owner was spot on as far getting back to you, the amenities from the Kandi 1,3 and towers we’re excellent as a group. This home is great value would highly recommended this owner and condo building.

Stayed for one day and one night for a family gathering, the host provided all the stuffs i needed, and answered all questions I've asked about the property. Great location, the pool is amazing and there is a big area for everybody for eating and event. Will definitely come back again. ✌️ 💯

Stephen’s place was an excellent stay from start to finish. The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It had a cozy and welcoming feel, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided—from kitchen supplies to extra towels and toiletries. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall ambiance made it easy for our group to relax and feel at home. The location was also a huge plus, making it super convenient to get around. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was at night. Stephen himself was a fantastic host—very responsive, kind, and respectful. He made sure we had all the information we needed before check-in and even checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going well. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Overall, I highly recommend Stephen’s place to any group looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. We would definitely book again!

Great deal! We loved our stay! My kids enjoyed the place and had a nice time at the pool. Regene was responsive and Nina (caretaker) was very helpful , too! Highly recommended :)

Highly recommended! Apartment was clean and had everything we need like helpful QR codes posted on the wall to quickly access WiFi, ready tray of ice in the freezer (much appreciated due to hot summer day), trash bins in each room & both restrooms, good quality linens for a good night’s sleep, non slip rugs in kitchen and bath. It’s as if host anticipated everything we would need. Host is also very communicative and even apologized for pabasa sounds reaching where we are, but this is understandable being Holy Week. When I said that we are all seniors, we were warned that there are stairs to negotiate getting to the 2nd floor bedrooms but we were fine. The single beds in 2 of the bedrooms are low (only about 1 foot from the floor) so that was a bit of a challenge for this senior with knee pain. You need a ride (no walkable stores) to buy provisions so bring everything you need before check in. Otherwise, it was a very satisfying stay and good value for the price we paid
