We had wanted to stay in Paje, but travelling on a budget decided to stay in Jambiani and just suffer the short journey to Paje everyday. I feel it was really nice being away from the hustle and bustle, the appartment was one of the best I’ve stayed in in ages, very well equipped and comfortable. The internet was adequate but I would recommend taxing a second sim as I was on VODA and couldn’t get signal without going outside into the road. It’s a short walk to the beach, just 2/3 mins and walking along the beach you can access nice places to eat and drink. I will love to stay again

Wir waren gerade für fast 3 Wochen im Zanzibar Beach House und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist fantastisch. Das Beach House ist geschmackvoll mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet, unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Mikhail ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und hat ein offenes Ohr für seine Gäste. Vor Ort sorgte ein auf dem Anwesen lebender Hausmeister dafür, dass alles in Ordnung war. Da das Beach House sehr abgelegen ist (ca. 6 km zum nächsten Ort) ist es sinnvoll, über ein eigenes Fahrzeug zu verfügen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage direkt am Strand. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut. Die Terrasse, die bei Flut nur einen Sprung vom Indischen Ozean entfernt ist, ist einzigartig. Wir haben in Jambiani keine andere Unterkunft gesehen, die solch einen privaten Zugang zum Meer bietet. Bei Ebbe kann man sich immer noch in den vorhandenen Whirlpool legen😎 Es gab in den zehn Tagen, die wir vor Ort waren zweimal Stromausfall, dies wurde aber umgehend durch ein Stromaggregat aufgefangen. Hakuna matata! Was unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht hat war Barau, der Manager vor Ort. Er wohnt in der Nachbarschaft, ist immer erreichbar und ein sehr hilfsbereiter, freundlicher und zuvorkommender Mensch. Er kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Gäste und hilft zuverlässig dabei alle Arten von Touren, ob zu Land oder zu Wasser zu organisieren. Außerdem bieten Barau und seine Frau Zuhura sehr gutes authentisches Essen zu absolut erschwinglichen Preisen an. Also unbedingt ausprobieren!

Very nice secluded place in Paje, high quality villa. Host were flexible, quick to respond in communication.

Toller Resort aus ca. 5 Villen. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Echt paradiesisch. Würde sofort wiederkommen. Der Service ist auch perfekt. 2 Mahlzeiten am Tag (hatten Halbpension). Bedienung immer verfügbar, tolles Essen mit viel Abwechslung. Die Managerin geht bestens auf die eigenen Wünsche ein und kann bei der Planung des Urlaubes auf der Insel super helfen. Einziger Nachteil: das Meer ist bei Ebbe einige 100 meter weg und man muss etwas laufen bis man am Wasser ist. Bei Flut ist das Wasser jedoch direkt vor der Tür. Also Strände hab ich schon schönere gesehen, aber die Villa und das "drum herum" machen das problemlos wieder wett! Absolute Empfehlung.

Me and 7 other friends stayed here for 1 week and had a great time. We were a bit skeptical about not having a swimming pool, but a 1 minute walk by the beach and you can find Bahari which is great for food and The Loop which is great for swimming in pool (its free). We made an agreement to when the maids were supposed to clean wich was also great for those who like to sleep long. We had some difficulty finding the villa since we used our own driver, so I would recommend using the villas driver or set your google maps to Bahari Pizza Resturant to get there safely with your own driver. Overall the stay was great with a 10 minute drive to Paje city center, and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Zanzibar:)

We had a wonderful stay in this excellent beach house with its private beach. The house was very comfortable and cozy, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Majaliwa was very responsive whenever we needed anything; he is friendly and lives in a house nearby. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Zanzibar.

Les + : Très bon accueil. La piscine est magnifique ++. La maison est propre. Personnel très sympathique . Très bon séjour. À savoir : Il y a que 6 transats à la piscine. Breakfast sont servis que dans la villa car la terrasse et piscine sont trop loin, c’est dommage car vous réveillez toute la maison, ça résonne dans l’espace à manger, et portes bruyantes, impossible de faire une grasse matinée (Mais de toutes façons on est levé avec chant des coqs) La chambre sur la plage est jolie mais rudimentaire, si on stop le ventilateur 5min, les moustiques arrivent car « cabane » en bois , nos amis y ont très mal dormi , la moustiquaire est vétuste et il faudrait un ventilateur supplémentaire. La vue est magnifique depuis cette terrasse, très belle plage (même à marrée haute pas assez d’eau pour se baigner on barbote seulement ). De la maison il faut traverser le jardin, puis prendre un chemin sur 40m , traverser le terrain de volley avant d’arriver à la piscine. Bar sympa à côté.

Hostly’s team was incredibly flexible and made sure my group had a fantastic 7-night stay—and my birthday celebration was unforgettable! The villa’s view is surreal, and the housekeepers/breakfast makers were lovely—they even baked me a birthday cake and decorated my room! Most reported issues were swifty addressed. I used Hostly's spa services, and the 90-min outdoor massages were heavenly. The beds were comfortable, and I loved the two pools and beach access. Areas for improvement: - Stronger generator to power AC and hot water during outages - Stronger Wi-Fi; spotty connectivity was a challenge without SIM cards - More breakfast variety over a week-long stay - Regular pest control to reduce mosquitoes and flies - Some bathrooms lacked shower-toilet separation, causing water to spread - Prefer communication via Airbnb app for seamless discussions Despite these issues, Hostly’s amazing service and flexibility made our stay incredible. Highly recommend this stunning villa!

Lorenz was very responsive and accommodating, particularly when we expressed concern that the whirlpool is inside and cannot be closed off. we have a 3 year old who sometimes wanders at night and we were worried he would get into the pool while we slept; Lorenz offered to drain and cover the whirlpool for us. the beach is lively and clean and everyone we encountered was very friendly. lots of restaurants nearby on the beach. the house staff is very friendly and helpful. the washer listed as an amenity was not available but the staff took our laundry and washed and dried it for us.

Przepięknie urządzony przestrzenny dom, wszystko jak na zamieszczonych w ofercie zdjęciach. Super czysto. Spory basen, świetnie wyposażona domowa siłownia, piękna tropikalna roślinność wokół. W domu zadbano o każdy szczegół - od kompleksowo wyposażonej kuchni po książki i gry na półkach. Idealne miejsce na relaks. Właściciel bardzo pomocny - szybko odpowiada na wiadomości. Dosonały stosunek jakości do ceny.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Masai Mara! The villa looks exactly like the photos—if not better in real life. The location is unbeatable, right on a stunning beach with breathtaking sea views. One of the standout aspects is the dedicated staff, all included with the stay. They were incredibly attentive, always ready to help with a cheerful "yes" to any request. This level of hospitality truly made a difference. The host was also exceptionally responsive, accommodating every request quickly and efficiently. The property could use a bit of maintenance, but it’s nothing that detracted from the overall experience. The villa and its location are simply amazing, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommended!

We booked both connecting airbnbs. They are identical. The prompt was even better than pictured. Many ig picture worthy spots. There is only ac on the bedrooms so the common areas do get warm. The house manager was extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend getting the chef he did a great job. There is a little convenience store about 10 min walk but other than that there isn’t a whole lot around. The location is an hour drive from The rock restaurant, stone town and the northern beach.

If you’re looking for a private beach with white sand and security, this villa is ideal for you. I travel frequently and often book Airbnbs, but this villa truly stands out as the best. It’s incredibly beautiful. The guards, the host, and the staff have all been exceptional. It has exceeded my initial expectations. Calister and her team have been incredibly helpful with everything. The attention to detail and the level of service here make it a remarkable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious getaway. I’m definitely re booking once I visit Zanzibar again.

Nous sommes restés 15 jours et tout était parfait! Cet endroit est magnifique, les extérieurs sont exceptionnels avec ce jardin de sable blanc, des palmiers de plus de 10 mètres, une piscine idéalement située à mi chemin entre la maison et la mer avec sa plage privée... L'accueil et la disponibilité de Niccolo et de ses équipes ainsi que leurs conseils nous on rendu le séjour très agréable. Nous avons passé 2 semaines au paradis!

Very lovely and comfortable villa with lots of amenities, and a nice and clean shared, private pool. Two villas in a gated property. Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave (needs to be replaced). Breakfast area by the pool. BBQ grill available. 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to beachfront restaurants. Kareem, who is the resident helper does it all! He is an AWESOME helper who is always available to help with anything, even the smallest detail. Fast, energetic, enthusiastic, never complains and always a happy, smiling personality. HE made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Runs errands as needed. Unfortunately, we had a few instances where the electricity went out (once for an extended period of time during the night and through around 10 am the next day) which caused discomfort since the AC and fans wouldn’t work but these were town-wide outages and not under the property’s control. However, I would recommend installing a generator to avoid such inconveniences.

Das Haus war super. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und konnten zu Fuß am Strand entlang Restaurants besuchen. Die Leute sind unglaublich herzlich. Die Haushälter/innen Majuma, Aysa und Ben waren die aller besten und liebsten. Sie waren unglaublich lieb und hilfsbereit. haben uns täglich ein super leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen zubereitet. Die beiden Tourguides Solomon und Rahmadan haben uns unvergessliche Trips gebucht, alles was wir uns vorgestellt haben wurde ohne Probleme möglich gemacht. Sie standen uns immer zur Seite und haben uns auch einen Fahrservice anbieten. Wir haben alle richtig doll ins Herz geschlossen. Alles in allem lief alles perfekt und reibungslos. Die Villa können wir zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

All hotel staff always very helpful, friendly, and professional. They were able to solve all our wishes and requirements quickly and willingly. Even cooking delicious meals. The accommodation has a great location, and a wonderful view of the ocean.

We spent a perfect week in this small paradise, everything is made to ensure your stay is smooth and comfortable. It combines the advantage of the Airbnb (privacy, space, private pool) with those of a hotel (very good food, daily cleaning). Internet is fast. Beautiful sunsets. Lots of activities in this area of Zanzibar (caves, kayaking, parks etc). I recommend 100%.

We had a great time in the house. The location is peaceful and close to the beach in Jambiani, with many local shops and restaurants around. The kitchen is well equipped and great for cooking. The rooftop space has a nice breeze. The staff is super friendly and took care of us well.

Elle est très bien entretenue, il y a des arbres fruitiers et des bougainviller sur la propriété et c'est magnifique La maison est équipé de tout ce qui vous sera nécessaire pour un séjour relaxant. La piscine est grande et propre, nous en profitions en fin d'après midi après être revenu de la plage (1 min à pied) Issa le gardien est un homme gentil, efficace et en qui l'on peut avoir confiance. Raphael est un hôte exceptionnel, il a répondu promptement à nos nombreuses sollicitation avec toujours un mots gentil et le sourire dans sa voix. Nous espérons le rencontrer un jour et il est certain que nous reviendrons chez lui. Allez y les yeux fermés

Sacha’s place is very modern and spacious. It’s located very close to the beach, perfect location for a peaceful stay and sunrise watching. Sacha is very responsive and helpful in giving directions and recommendations in the area. Overall, it was a nice stay!

Simba und sein gesamtes Team haben sich zu jeder Zeit um einen gekümmert, egal ob es mitten in der Nacht war oder ganz in der Früh. Die Unterkunft hat mit die beste Lage auf Zanzibar, da man sich ganz entspannt am nahegelegenen Strand Sonnen kann oder doch abends mal zum ausgehen in die nächste Stadt fahren kann. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Das Essen ist super. Simba sorgt sich nicht nur um seine Gäste sondert hilft seinen Mitarbeitern bei jedem Anlass, das kriegt man nicht überall. Wir freuen uns solche herzlichen Menschen kennenden zu dürfen.
