You will be in walking distance to downtown, the Wednesday Farmer's Market, Salve, Cliff Walk, Mansions, Easton's Beach, a grocery store, coffee shops, and a pharmacy. We are an owner-occupied multi-generational Newporter (+ 1 dog from Tennessee) home. LGBTQ+ friendly. We know the vegan spots if you need them. All are welcome!

This guest room is located above our bar and allows for a full night’s rest after enjoying time at Patriot Place, Gillette Stadium, or the Xfinity Center. It's located above the bar, with a private entrance and 1 queen bed. See more amenities in the list below. This room is great as a getaway! Main Suite - Chatham Guest Rooms

This welcoming guest suite has a queen bed and a separate living room with a library, cathedral ceilings, and a full-sized sofa bed (additional fees for use of extra bed). Kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee & tea maker, microwave, and dishwasher! Children lodging with an attentive adult must be at least 7 years old. This unit is upstairs. Stairs in old buildings are steeper than modern stairs. Best for guests comfortable with stairs.
