Latitude 44 was the cleanest, most welcoming and well appointed Airbnb. There was a ton of guest storage and furniture that allowed us to stay organized. The location is fantastic. Very close go the resort and all amenities, but on a dead end street with trail/snowshoe access via seasonal road. Very quiet and private. We would love yo visit again!

We stayed at Kelly’s place over the week of Christmas to visit family and it was amazing. Beautiful views, which is what we initially came for. So peaceful and serene. We watched ducks and walked the beach and found stones and seashells, which my kids loved. Our family stopped by for a short while to visit and they all couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the house was. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back one day! Thanks for everything!

We had a great time at Torch lake. Ryan was a great host - very responsive who left very good instructions, recommendations for restaurants things to do in the area. The home is very clean and well supplied. The pontoon is very nice.

I asked my 9, 8 & 5 year old about the best part of our stay, and they all agreed that the hot tub, fire pit for s’mores and the board games were the best part. I enjoyed having a quiet space to get homework done with a view of the water. This was the perfect get away for a family of 5! We enjoyed staying inside, cooking meals & enjoying the house itself. It is beautiful inside and out, exactly like the photos and had everything we needed for our stay. We can’t wait to come back during the summer time to go out on the lake!

My mother, sister, and I stayed at the cottage for a mother-daughter weekend. It was perfect for us and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The listing was accurate and everything was as described, or even better. The cottage is decorated with charming furniture, art, and antiques. Everything was easy to find, and the kitchen was especially well-appointed. There were instructions for everything, including the fireplace, hot tub, and sauna (all of which we enjoyed). Perhaps best of all, at least for our quiet and cozy weekend, there isn't a single TV in the house! Plenty of places to sit down and read or just relax and enjoy each other's company. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and downtown Petoskey was a 10 minute drive away. Very convenient. Clara was a communicative and kind host, and I enjoyed interacting with her. We definitely want to return in the summer months to enjoy the gardens and spend more time outside. Thank you for helping to make our weekend special!

we loved everything about this location. the decorations, fully equipped with every little thing you'd need, hot tub 🔥, sauna,🔥! Grumpy Bear is a retreat to remember!

We (and our dogs) had an amazing time at Nathan's beautiful home. The setting is ideal—the house is right on the water, the amenities are fantastic, and the neighborhood is beautiful and serene. The house has everything you would want. There is a sweet deck and outdoor area along with a dock and your own private beach—the next house in either direction is almost a half-a-mile away. The perimeter around the house is essentially fully-fenced, which allowed us to swim, paddle board, and hang outside with the pups without worries. Nathan is a great host: He checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. He provided clear instructions about the house and its features, as well as great local recommendations. We really can't say enough great things about our stay. It was by far the most peaceful and relaxing trip we've had and look forward to coming back soon!

Mark and Mary’s cottage was perfect for our family getaway. It’s perfectly located in close proximity to Bay Harbor, Petoskey, and Harbor springs with no shortage of things to see and do. The property itself is great for families with the lake access and we were pleasantly surprised with a very nice sized dog enclosure! We would highly recommend visiting their place and will likely be back ourselves!

We had an amazing family vacation at the “Beach House”. My family loved this area on Long Lake. The beach is very private , and we used it everyday. The beach also has a small fire pit, with a larger fire area up by the cabin. It’s a 16 minute drive into Cheboygan. Where their are many shops, and Restaurants. Cheboygan also has a beautiful trail system, with the Trail Head right in town. Our daughter ran on this trail at least three times while we were here. Makinaw City, and the Makinaw Bridge, are only 30-35 minute’s away.

The cottage was cute and cozy. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Great location! Sherri was a great host! Thank you for a great stay!

Jessica is an amazing host. There were so many extras. We loved the kayaks and canoe that they were kind enough to let us use. Spent most of our day in the water. Very clear water. Kid friendly. A zillion stars at night and coffee with the pretty Sunrise. We were ages 3 to 64 and all had a blast. We never wanted to leave. Fast response to questions. Easy check in. Easy to find. Clean. Had everything you need to cook. Many fun places near to explore. We even fished for Salmon. We highly recommend and would love to come back. You will not be sorry if you stay. Thank you Thank you

Probably the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. John and his wife were kind and quick to respond to our questions. While they live on the property, we did not see them at all during our stay. The water front makes it extremely enjoyable and the lake is quiet. They checked in with us and always made sure we had everything we needed. We will absolutely be back to this rental, hopefully for longer next time!

We loved Charlys’s place! It was a charming home and very accommodating for pets. We would definitely stay here again!

Jacqueline was great — she responded immediately when we had a few questions. Very accommodating host — she let us check in early. My wife felt there were too many fragrances in the house (air fresheners, etc.) — so something to know if you're sensitive to that sort of thing.

Without a doubt, one of my favorite places to stay in Northern Michigan. It was my third time staying at the property & it just keeps getting better. It was a beautiful Winter weekend & the cabin/cottage was cozier than ever! My wife & I really appreciated some of the updated decor, features & amenities that Carolyn has added & provided for the space & guests stay. By far, a fantastic "home-base" for anyone visiting & exploring the Leelanau Peninsula. Will stay again, and again, and again, and again!

A perfect fall getaway! It was so peaceful and beautiful. Loved the sound of the waves. The window porch was the perfect place to read a book… or even just zone out to the lovely surroundings and sounds.

Ordel’s place was perfect for a quiet getaway. There is a spacious yard for activities, including a net for volleyball and bad mitton. Fire pit by the water was perfect for watching sunsets and enjoying the cool evenings. The house was spotless, and Ordel was very clear on what was provided and what we might want to bring. Great host and a perfect location for a relaxing stay in northern Michigan!

Great place to stay Host was friendly, with nice touches to make you feel at home. Extremely welcoming and helpful. Very quick response to any questions you have. Kitchen has everything you might need. Loved the fireplace in the evening. Information book was extremely helpful for anyone not familiar with the area. Loved every minute of our stay. We used the small coffee pot provided since we didn’t know how to use the large coffee maker. Thank you Julia for sharing your cottage with us.

Great place to unwind and relax! Ellsworth Lake is such a beautiful spot and holds many memories for our family.

Angeline’s place was so cute and clean and I loved all of the decor and special touches. We enjoyed sitting down by the water and just taking in the peace and quiet and sunshine. ☀️ The bed was super comfortable so we slept great and she offered plenty of clean towels and wash clothes in the bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked which helped me immensely while preparing meals. We found several beaches in the area for rockhounding and also stopped at Ocqueoc Falls on the way to the cottage. Thank you so much for making our trip special. ☺️

Very nice cabin feel with lots of space for everyone. Had everything we need in the kitchen to make some breakfast and all the bedding and washroom necessities. Very close to Lewiston and well maintained both inside and out. Will be back soon.
