Overlooking Burgh Island, the cottage is walking distance to 3 stunning beaches and two cosy 13th C pubs. Picturesque markets towns of Modbury, Kingsbridge, Salcombe, 20 min drive away.

The Cottage, 0.7 miles to Hope Cove!

Well equipped maisonette with outstanding views and within an easy walk via onsite footpath to beautiful Hope Cove beach (20 mins) and SW coastal path. Friendly hosts onsite in main house opposite for support and friendly welcome! 3 friendly dogs and 2 ponies. Rural tranquil location and close to many South Hams beaches and attractions e.g. Salcombe, Bantham, Burgh Island, Thurlestone, Kingsbridge and National Trust venues. Enclosed garden with BBQ. Wake to the sound of church bells, eat breakfast in bed then head out to explore the beauty and peace of Dartmoor. Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Our newly refurbished 170 year old Cottage enjoys views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The South West Coast Path 100m away, runs East towards Bigbury on Sea and West, towards the River Erme. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors.
