Our family home is situated in Gilmerton, south of the city centre with direct buses and easy access to the City Bypass. Located 20 minutes by car from the airport / 30-40 minutes by bus to and from the city centre. The double bedroom is located on the ground floor with a tea and coffee station and a private en-suite bathroom. The room can be accessed via the front door or through the back garden entrance. EV charging is allowed with prior arrangement at an extra cost.

The city centre is accessible by a short bus ride direct from our home that takes 20 minutes to reach the centre of town. Buses run every 15 mins and provide a 24hour service. Our home is also 15 mins from the airport by taxi or car. Our home surroundings are very quiet for a great nights sleep.

We live on the edge of the beautiful conservation village of Colinton. Although it is still known as a village, it is a suburb of Edinburgh and is a 30-minute journey by bus to the city centre. The room is very cosy and comfortable with a view to the back garden. There is a modern shower room next door. This is shared with 2 other people. The room has a double bed, a desk and chair, a built-in cupboard with lots of hanging space and a chest of drawers.

Local play parks within 100m. Shops close by include M&S Food, Sainsburys and Lidl, TK Maxx, Nike Outlet Store, Next, Nando's, Macdonald's, Starbucks and Costa. The Stable Bar is a local restaurant that serves local beer and food in a traditional courtyard setting.

Ideal for someone who needs a place to spend the night comfortably and explore the iconic city of Edinburgh and nearby areas during day. There is no kitchen facility available. Due to religious reasons, no non-vegetarian food is allowed to bring in the house. Eg. Eggs, fish, or any other non-vegetarian food.

A lovely bright single room. The bedroom is located next to the bathroom which will be shared with me. I'm located on the south side & on a great bus route which runs day & night & takes approx 20-25 mins to the city centre. I also have street parking & plenty of shops/amenities closeby. I'm located near to Rosslyn Chapel, Edinburgh Uni, King's Buildings, Dick Vets & the Royal Infirmary
