This is our second timing staying at this place. We love it and will be back again in the fall!!

Susan was great to work with and this property was one of the best we've stayed in. I have very high standards for cleanliness, and this home was truly spotless. Everything was exactly as described and the property is spacious and beautiful. Great back yard and deck, comfortable beds, kitchen was well appointed and living area is open and spacious for a family. I highly recommend this property!

We had to make last minute changes for our trip because of our pup and Casa Rover was perfect for us with its large private fenced in backyard. I’d like to echo all the other positive reviews which is what led us to decide on Casa Rover in the first place. Danny is a superb host and we had everything we needed close by in terms of groceries and some fast food restaurants about two minutes away. It was about 15min from downtown Nashville and a $20 lyft ride one way (inclusive of fees and a 25% tip) if you want to have a night out at one of the famous honky tonks on Broadway. All in all, a very positive experience and a great place for you and your pup while visiting Nashville.

Spacious house worked well for our family of 7. Fenced back yard was perfect for kids and dog. We would stay again.

My family stayed at Thomas' house for 10 days in April. I really can't say enough about the house. I do admit that I did no cooking (I'm on vacation), but the kitchen was very well appointed and had every utensil that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and I especially loved the master bathroom with all of the shelves and closet areas and, the shower was great. The weather was fantastic when we were there, so we spent a lot of time on the deck and on the screened in porch. It was also in a great neighborhood, very quiet, and nice neighbors. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and walking in the neighborhood. Thomas advised me of some great neighborhood parks to walk the dog and ourselves so we did that every day of our visit. We enjoyed eating at Hattie B's in Franklin and a restaurant called Puckett's in downtown Franklin. Everyone needs to go to the Grand Ole Opry and the bars downtown Nashville for live music. We will definitely stay at Thomas' house again. Enjoy!!!

This Airbnb was truly a slice of heaven for my family and I. Butch is a great host and created a peaceful space. The house is extremely clean and well stocked. Leiper’s Fork has a tiny downtown that is an 8 minute walk away!! Great live music, great food…and even better people watching. We have all already decided that we will definitely come back.

Casper’s house was perfect for our whole family! Great house in a great neighborhood.

We had the most relaxing and peaceful stay at Debbie’s place! This was our 2nd out of state move out for our college student and it was so stress free and we felt like we were right home. Debbie and her pup are the sweetest and the hospitality was unmatched! The apartment was so clean and immaculate and felt SO safe, plus the neighborhood is beautiful! Beds are the best and so comfortable, and there was absolutely nothing we needed - Debbie had everything and more - from sweet homemade treats, to the best stocked kitchen and refrigerator! I wish we could have stayed a few more nights and we will definitely be back in the fall for move in 🖤💛⚓️! Thankful for this hidden treasure!!

When visiting Leipers Fork area with dogs, this place is perfect! Michelle is a superhost, and we absolutely would stay again if in the area. Super comfortable king bed in bedroom, well appointed kitchen, and a lovely living room. Wonderful stay:)

The apartment was so easy to access and beautifully well kept. The beds were super comfortable and that shower head pressure was the shining star. Haha Julie was quick to respond and very friendly! She gave recommendations for things to do and even shared her fresh chicken eggs with us! Such a beautiful area and an exceptional hostess! We will definitely be back!

Edy and her husband were wonderful! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodations were perfect for our long weekend get-a-way. Close to restaurants, hiking, parks and distilleries. We especially enjoyed sitting on their beautiful back patio with a glass of wine and a book. Edy and her husband are one of the most hospitable hosts we've ever had. We can't wait to come back!

Nice place to stay, enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately, we had a severe storm/tornado warning on our last night. Judy kept us informed and it was a very safe space to stay with no worries, except for hearing the sirens warning system going off! Thanks again for a great stay. Gary and Janice

Such a cute and cozy place! I slept so good in that fabulous bed! Loved the tasteful decor and all the supplies I needed, including a pizza cutter 😁 I enjoyed relaxing on the sofa, watching the beautiful rain and listening to the orchestra of cute birds. It was overall lovely! And what a great hostess! She responded faster than any other Airbnb host I’ve experienced. Such great hospitality and kindness. If there was an award for best hostess, I’d nominate Suzanne.

Beautiful, expensive views! Quaint spot, close to nature and totally cozy. The hosts were friendly and responsive.

Very nice stay, especially for the price. We didn’t realize that it had two separate bedrooms, so that was a pleasant surprise. Very very quiet, near nice places and a cute town!

Always a great place to stay whenever I come to Nashville.

Really enjoyed our stay. We didn't want to stay in a hotel, but couldn't find anything affordable the area without having to stay in Nashville. The condo was close to the church we wanted to attend on Easter and also to Nashville for sightseeing. Check-in and out was very easy and there were great instructions for tv use. The fixtures in the bathroom was and appliances in the kitchen appear recently installed, even if the complex itself is slightly dated. Definitely a great place to stay if you are have a smaller family like ours (3 of us) and are looking for a nice place to stay in the Franklin area without breaking the bank.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if ever in this area. Renesha was so easy to deal with and so kind… and the place was very cozy and clean. The land is beautiful, and I especially loved the lighting lining the driveway. Highly recommend.
