Take in spectacular mountain views from the deck at this cozy, homey cabin just minutes from the ski gondola. Get wrapped up for a day of snow shoeing or hiking, then serve up a hearty homecooked meal at the rustic table under an antler chandelier. Blue River Lodging Number LR16-000047 Perfect for couples or families that want to vacation on your own terms. The cabin backs to hundreds of acres of wetlands and national forest. One of a kind cabin that features Spruce Creek and ponds right out of the back door. The Powder Pad is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin, 3 miles south of Breckendridge, CO. Guests will enjoy the activities, restaurants and shopping that Breckendridge and Summit County has to offer - yet, having the privacy and serenity of your own cabin. The cabin backs to hundreds of acres of wetlands and national forest. In the winter time, you can snow-shoe or hike right out of the back door. The cabin can sleep up to 6 adults and has 3 different decks off of the home. In the summertime, this definitely adds to the living space! Guests will enjoy the privacy of the setting of the Powder Pad. The cabin backs to beaver ponds, wetlands, Mt. Argentine and Borreas Pass. The cabin is only .25 off of Highway 9 and just a few minute drive from the shopping, restaurants and fun that Breckenridge has to offer. We are happy to help with any special requests or needs for our guests. Please don't hesitate to ask for advice, recommendations or any other considerations you may need to make your stay more enjoyable. We are very familiar with Summit County and love to offer any advice in terms of skiing, hiking, restaurants, spa, etc. The cabin is very private and quiet. We love to have big bonfires in the backyard in the summertime. In the wintertime, we love to snow shoe or hike right from the property, sit in the hot tub under the stars. The cabin backs to hundreds of acres of private land. This is what makes the Powder Pad one-of-a-kind! In the wintertime, you will need to have 4-wheel drive or an AWD vehicle. Snow tires are great, but not necessary. We have a separate Rental Agreement that must be signed in order to finalize the reservation. There is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights. Over holidays, the requirement is a minimum of 4 nights. If a guest books a stay for a 1 month, 30 day rental, any additional days are charged the seasonal daily rate reflected in the calendar. The cabin is very private and quiet, backing onto hundreds of acres of private land. Overlook wetlands, beaver ponds, and national forest, or head to the shopping and restaurants of Breckenridge just a few minutes' drive away.

The Creekside Cabin truly is the best combination of privacy, convenience and access to the great outdoors. It is located on a rare 1.5 acre lot, just minutes from the heart of Breckenridge and is even on the free commuter bus route with a stop across the street. This is an authentic cabin that was one of the first built in the area and has been lovingly restored with attention to detail and a cozy ambiance. 1 pet is allowed w/ $20 nightly fee. Welcome to our cozy cabin, located in the Tiger Run community. This is a great place that is perfect for the small family or a couple getting away. With the river just outside the door you can enjoy fishing or a relaxing afternoon with amazing views. If you are into the tumbleweed tiny house movement this is a great place to get a feel for it. Located just 3 to 4 miles to Breckenridge and/or Frisco and the ski lifts; close to all Summit County has to offer with free bus service.

Why we are different? Our private road ends at the cabin (not in a neighborhood). You will be all alone on the top of a forest mountain to connect with nature. You will feel like you are all alone in the world (and town is only 5 minutes away). If you want to escape, you found it! 360 views overlooking several famous peaks. Purple night skies are incredible with amazing star gazing. The cabin sleeps 8 comfortably. Mydnyt Mountain awaits you and promises the escape you deserve.

Important disclaimer: Please DO NOT book this cabin if you have concerns about snow and ice! This cabin is located at an elevation of about 8000 feet above sea level. During winter months a 4 Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive vehicle or chains on your tires may be required to make it up the driveway to the cabin! The driveway is steep and although we pay for it to be plowed it is nearly impossible to keep all snow and ice off the driveway or walkways in between snow storms.

1950's Retro cabin on 40 wooded acres

Newly remodeled cabin on 40 wooded acres. Accommodations up to 5 guests. Cabin is one of four built in the late 40's or early 50's. This is the last to be restored and now working to restore the 40 acres of forest and pond. This quiet location offers peace and serenity and a view of Pikes Peak. Deer, elk, fox, bear, coyote and even some moose have been seen on this property. Nearby Pike National Forest offers adventure for outdoor enthusiasts.

Built in 2022, this cabin has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 living rooms, and all the comforts you need from wifi-to a fully stocked kitchen. It can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. This top of the mountain cozy log cabin is tucked nicely into the trees, but still close enough to tourist destinations.
