Ernest's Nest is a perfect hideout with a vantage viewpoint overlooking the beautiful, little-known suburbs of Kampala. The place was as advertised and more--with unique architecture and a homely feel. Great value for money and a perfect host!

We hebben drie maanden in dit prachtige huis doorgebracht, en het was een van de meest bijzondere ervaringen van ons leven. Het huis is niet alleen schoon, maar ook luxueus en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was perfect onderhouden en we voelden ons meteen thuis. Wat het echt uitzonderlijk maakte, was onze gastvrouw, Priscilla. Ze is een van de meest zorgzame mensen die we ooit hebben ontmoet en werd voor ons een echte "Oegandese mama". Haar vriendelijkheid en steun maakten ons verblijf onvergetelijk. Priscilla nam ons mee naar prachtige plekken in Oeganda en introduceerde ons aan geweldige mensen. Dankzij haar kregen we een dieper begrip van de cultuur en schoonheid van het land. Haar warme persoonlijkheid maakte ons verblijf extra speciaal. We voelden ons altijd welkom en ze zorgde ervoor dat we ons nergens zorgen over hoefden te maken. Het voelde echt alsof we deel uitmaakten van haar familie. Als je een authentieke ervaring in Oeganda zoekt, is dit de perfecte plek. Weebale nyo!

Gorgeous little flat in Kololo, Kampala, on the 3rd floor of a large residential building with acess to a small swimming pool, gym and a fantastic view from the 11th floor roof terrace. Sumaya and Remah were wonderful hosts and all issues were addressed. The place feels right at home and is just a few minutes walk from Kisementi and the Mall.

Good neighborhood, right by the main road. House was in fine condition and clean, bed linen & towels were clean, these were changed when needed and house cleaning done on request. Felt at home and there was privacy. Host and caretaker were good, hospitable, available on call and ready to assist when needed. House was as seen in pictures. I would love to visit again.

Wir hat gefallen das sie so viele Spielsachen und tolle Bücher im Gaus hatte. Wir hatten zwei Ansprechpartner. Ein junger Mann war für die Pflege/ Sicherheit zuständig und ein anderer war für persönliche Belange immer für uns da. Alles vorhanden was man bräuchte und zu leben. Sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben und als Familie wie Zuhause gefühlt. Check-in und Check-out 24h am Tag möglich. Sehr zu empfehlen, Sie werden es nicht bereuen.

Cynthia and Cliff provided excellent hosting. The place met our expectations, and most importantly, the host was on standby to help with any questions. The house has a great view of Lake Victoria which the kids loved. Furthermore, the place was spacious for the kids to roam in a highly secure neighborhood. I strongly recommend it for a great family time out. Blessings to you Cliff, Cynthia, and Dorah!

Robert's place looks amazing and fits all our needs, very homely, He is very friendly accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone and happy to go back there if I ever visit Uganda again.

It was a lovely experience. Very clean place, just the way I like it . Quiet and peaceful. I will recommend the place gladly.
