Lovely house , felt right at home nice to go back to after a hard days work. Would visit again when we are in the area.

The property was like a home from home the location was great and Lucy was a great host and if i ever need to book again I would not have any hesitation.

Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. The cottage is peaceful and private, as well as being in a beautiful location. Alastair and Vicky are excellent hosts and were most responsive to my requests. Highly recommended.

We spent 50 days at Fulwell House during January and February and had a fantastic stay. The house is full of character, with thick stone walls, exposed beams, and a bright, modern kitchen that became our favorite space. It felt warm, welcoming, and just right for a longer visit. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and incredibly peaceful. We saw deer, foxes, badgers, pheasants, and a variety of songbirds every day—robins, wrens, finches, and more. Living abroad, it was a real treat to see so much wildlife. We fished the stream behind the house a few times (no luck!) and enjoyed miles of walks on quiet lanes. The kids and dogs were in heaven. Evenings were spent by the fire with a book or film, often with visiting friends and family. There was plenty of space for everyone. Yola was a brilliant host—friendly and responsive—and Edward, the owner, was always available if anything came up. Their support made everything easy. We’d absolutely stay again if the opportunity arises.

A very well presented home with interesting design touches

All fine. Accommodation was clean and well present. Watch out for the very low doorframe upstairs - I'm over 190cm tall and it was up to my shoulder.

Excellent barn to stay on with fantastic grounds and fabulous pool and hot tub. David is an attentive host and deals with any issues instantly Highly recommended

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

Fiona’s place is truly wonderful, it was great for a short escape from London - very peaceful. Lovely walks around, and easily reachable without a car from Reading Train station (taxis available). The barn is very clean and comfortable, and Fiona is a great host. We enjoyed our breakfast hamper too. All in all a lovely stay!

Fantastic stay. Cannot fault the accommodation or the hosts who were more than helpful and lovely! Beautifully clean and very pretty cottage and gardens. (Just a short distance from Addington Equestrian Centre for horsey events ). Will be back!

The stay at the pool house was fantastic. Sarah was a lovely host, and was really accomodating with our check in and check out times as well. The pool house itself was lovely - very peaceful and quiet. It’s fully enclosed with was great for us, we could have a swim and let our dog roam around knowing he couldn’t run off. We’re already thinking of a trip back in the summertime :)

Had a fantastic weeks stay, house is in a prime location close to local shops bars & restaurants. Plenty things to do near by. House was fantastic with a pool which the kids loved. Garden was large with plenty of space including separate areas for sunbathing, eating and even an outside bar area. Everything you’ll ever need & more. 👍🏻

Our second stay and once again an absolute dream. Wonderful host, beautiful part of the world. The home is so lovely and couldn't be in more perfectly wonderful surroundings.

We booked Dinah's place since we were attending a rowing event at Dorney lake. The location was perfect for us - less than 10 minutes to drive to Dorney from the property. The accommodation itself was great with everything we needed for two nights of rest, sleep, cooking and relaxing. We'll certainly be booking up again in the future!

We have previously stayed at Jeans and cannot fault anything! As we take Our dogs too we have no issues with the security of the large well kept garden, the fences maintained and grass always short - very dog friendly. Jean always makes You feel welcome and goes above and beyond to provide everything You need for an amazing stay!! We can’t wait to return again.

We had a lovely night in the cabin, it was just what we needed. Quiet location, well equipped kitchen and the kids were super -excited by the TV in the bedroom and the swing outside!

Louise was extremely friendly and accommodating. Lovely location, and all amenities catered for including extra blankets if needed. Would stay here again.

We stayed with my wife for a few days at Piers' place. The area is very peaceful – exactly what we were looking for to get away from the city. Piers is very hospitable, and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax. There are plenty of green spaces around and even a zoo nearby.

Amazing studio, with everything we could need. Well stocked with cooking equipment and great surroundings, whilst also being very peaceful. Patrick was lovely and was able to give us lots of recommendations about walks and the local area, and the dogs were also very sweet and friendly! Would very happily come back again.

We had a great stay at Elen's place. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was clean, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home.
