This cute apartment was everything I desired and more. I appreciated the privacy even though I was staying in someone’s home. Some of the highlights are the smart tv, Keurig coffee pot with coffee and fixings, toiletries and convenient washer and dryer. The location was great, as it’s near plenty of shopping and restaurants while being far enough from traffic to be very quiet. I would definitely return.

This was our second stay at Zachary's place - it was just as great as our first visit! Super cozy, great local food and safe neighborhood.

Beautiful room. Just what I needed for a one night stay. Wish I could have had the time to enjoy the outdoor sitting area and swings. Did not feel like you were just off the main road. Coco immediately answered all my messages and kept me informed on being able to check in slightly early before a function I had so I wasn't trying to find the place in the dark afterwards. The bed was comfortable, the coffee great and the bathroom was very modern. There was no hair conditioner or body lotion, so keep that in mind when you're packing your toiletries. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for two couples. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great area with amazing restaurants. We loved She Wolf, Selden Standard and La Feria. Motor City Brewing was great too! All easily walkable from the Air bnb. We had no idea that Detroit was such a foodie town!!! We also walked to Comerica Park to see a baseball game as our Orioles were in town. We would definitely stay here if we find ourselves in Detroit again!!

The place was as described in the photos. Very clean, and the scent was amazing when you walk in. The walls were a little bit thin. You can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around some of the time, but this did not affect my sleep. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to town.

We had a great stay at this apartment. Ron, who lives in the house above, is very friendly and accommodating. He let us have access to a second bathroom upstairs and even loaned my husband his ski gloves. He is a super host!

Kingsville is a beautiful town and this cozy home is in a perfect location, a short walk to the downtown's great shops and restaurants and also close to the Chrysler trail which goes for many miles to the east and west (bringing bikes to Kingsville is very worthwhile). We met our hosts who were very pleasant and accommodating and we'll be back!

Two colleagues and I enjoyed our stay (nine nights) very much. The house was as described, modern furniture, very bright, clean & well equipped. We even had a nice welcome basket with tasty nibbles and wine and a personal welcome card :-). The location is very good, easy (and safe) to walk to downtown restaurants. The Supermarket around the corner was very convenient, not to forget "Crispellys" bakery :-) As it has been a business stay, we were happy with the individual work space/table in each bedroom. Wifi was very good. Our host Martine was always very friendly & helpful, shared many information and reacted very quickly. While we had some issues with the heating in parts of the house, she arranged immediately for a technician to come, even on Sunday. Shame we could not use the nice and inviting back yard due to the winter/cold, this would have been perfect (so summer is a much better time to enjoy everything in & around the house). We would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

Home owner was easy to speak to great home amazing price highly recommend! Close to pretty much everything! We will definitely be back!

Place was very clean and had enough space for 2 adults and 3 kids. We were in town for a family fishing trip and we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay

Theresa was a great host. She offered for us to check in early and was extremely responsive. House is bigger than it looks and was an easy drive to most things

I booked the space for relatives who were coming into town from the east coast for my mother's funeral. They were delighted with the place and said everything was great. I was preoccupied with family and making funeral arrangements, but as very discerning east coasters they only had great things to say about Alicia's space so I think that speaks for itself! We have another family gathering coming up during the summer and they said that Alicia's place would be a definite "Yes" for summer accommodations. They had not one negative thing to say.

Jeff’s place was very nice and very well put together he was very helpful and communicative.

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located with a fenced yard, great for dogs. Host was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect! Enjoyed our stay:)

Perfect place for a girls weekend! So close to tons of great restaurants and professional sports complexes. Parking was only a tiny bit tricky because half the street was blocked off for construction and there were pistons games and/or concerts in the area both nights we were there so pickins were slim on our block, but lots of availability not too far away! The building is old and beautiful, the residents (and their dogs) were so friendly, and the area is really coming back to life! We would definitely stay here again—especially if we had tickets to a game!

Alejandro made the entire process go as smoothly as it could. He quickly accepted our reservation request and gave clear instructions on parking and access to the building. He followed up once or twice throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well but did not spam and allowed us to enjoy our time at this home. Overall, we would stay again!

Great stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing & the communication / correspondence was thorough & prompt. A fellow artist & myself were staying in town for the week to paint murals at a new & restaurant opening up & it was exactly what we needed. An oasis of rest & relaxation! Highly recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in the area.

Wonderful location, right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is as described and as shown on the pictures, and is very comfortable. The bedroom is in the back so it is extremely quiet. We didn’t use the rooftop but it has great views and is a very nice addition to this apartment. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay - super easy to find and get in, great comfy spot with all the necessities. Lovely quiet neighborhood area with a park nearby but still pretty close to downtown.
