Peaceful, clean and comfortable space. Well stocked for cooking and plenty of room for our family of 4. The hot tub was clean and private. Only 10 minutes to little Nashville, if you want to do some shopping or eat out, but we could have just stayed in place and would have been happy with just being there. Our teenagers enjoyed walking along the creek during the day and playing board games at night. We enjoyed our time there and would return.

We booked this cabin last minute and are so happy we did! It’s not far from downtown which is where everything is that we wanted to do. Hard Truth, among other wineries and distilleries, is why we decided to venture to Brown County yet again. The host is fast to reply and very transparent about the ins and outs. The property is stunning, the cabin has a lot of character, was super clean and perfect for our stay. We enjoyed looking and reading about all the history in the living room area. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were fun to pick which we wanted to occupy! We’ll definitely be back and plan to stay more than one night next time. Before we left, we did walk over to say hi to the horses. The hot tub was an added bonus, too. We plan to save this listing and share it with our friends. Definitely worth it being only a few hours from our home!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Sanctuary, and it was a delightful experience! Nestled in a beautiful wooded setting, this spacious yet quaint house offered the perfect escape. The hosts were absolutely lovely and incredibly responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. One of the highlights was relaxing in the hot tub at night while gazing up at the stars—such a magical experience! Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway!

Three of my brothers and myself stayed at the cabin from Nov 7 - 10, we were in town to attend the Indiana vs Michigan football game. the cabin was as advertised and was a perfect match for us, we each had our own bedroom and private bathroom, the cabin is a couple miles off the beaten path, it was very quiet, secluded, the cabin was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Our hosts Peter and Suzanne, answered our questions promptly and provided lots of information. would recommend the cabin

I had been looking for a getaway for quite a while and this is just what I needed. quiet peaceful and close to a lot of beautiful Woods and areas to shop at. all my questions were answered and I had relaxed beautiful time

This may have been the most beautiful wooded, quiet, and beautiful cabin we've had the opportunity to stay in. It's very clear how much this home has been loved, with how well it's been taken care of. Pet friendly was the most important to me, being the mother of two fuzzy furbabies. We celebrated Mavis's 10th birthday here, and the host had everything needed to bake her a strawberry cake. Everything was set up perfectly for the humans and the furbabies alike. Peaceful getaway in a private setting but not too remote. Great space for hanging out with games and hot tub for entertainment. The hosts were attentive to our needs and responded quickly to questions. Plan to go back again next year.

This is one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at! The coffee bar was the best set up, so convenient with everything you could need. Was lovely to wake up and sit on the porch drinking our coffee. Our family loved the visit so much that we want to all reunite at the same cabin if available. Cannot speak highly enough - location, cabin, interior perks, convenience with a grocery - you just can’t beat it!

Enjoy all of the benefits of being close to Nashville with peacefulness and beautiful scenery. Just the slow down we needed.

The cabin absolutely adorable and had so many different areas for sitting and having side conversations. It is “old” and seemingly handmade maybe mid-1900s (I’m taking a guess) so the stairs are irregular and a few other charming quirks… and was very easy to get comfortable in right away. The host also had a number of personal touches to welcome us- including a few snacks in the kitchen… and the cupboards were well appointed in general with the extras you might need. We only had one night and we made the most of it- but we woke up wishing we could stay longer and are already planning a return.

This cabin was just the peaceful getaway we needed! Our dogs loved the water, campfire, and trees. We loved that it was a short drive to Nashville and the antique malls. Truly felt like a break from the city and was so quiet & serene

Everything was the way the pics showed. The 5 mile gravel road with drop offs on either side and washed out gravel did scare me a bit however we took it slow. Now the actual curve bent road/driveway was an experience I myself do not want to do have again. We did move our car back to designated parking. We got the best leg workout from all the stairs. Over all it was a quiet spot with cabins nearby. The jacuzzi and pool table was used frequently.

We had a delightful stay at this little cabin…perfect for the two of us for a getaway to Brown County! The kitchen was well supplied with coffee and tea and about everything you’d need if you wanted to cook in. We made use of the grill and appreciated their supplying charcoal! Enjoyed the hot tub every evening and the fireplace on the cooler mornings. Comfortable king sized bed. This appears to be a historic modernized cabin. We found it dark with the pine paneling but definitely cozy and comfortable.

I was in town with my daughter and best friend for the eras tour. We wanted to book outside of the city so we could come back to quiet and have a relaxing place to just enjoy our weekend getaway. Curt’s place was the perfect spot for this.

We had a perfect anniversary weekend. The cabin was just what we were looking for. Played golf nearby and explored Nashville’s restaurants. Perfect clean and well appointed.

This was such an awesome place to stay in with so much to do. It was just far enough from the center of Nashville to have lots of peace and quiet but also close enough to quickly drive to town to explore! I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at Marisa’s listing. The cabin was beautiful, the surrounding property was fun to explore. We missed that the game room was in a detached garage, but Marissa answered our questions about it promptly and the heated space was much used during our visit. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family getaway and to attend the IU football game. It was just as described on the website. The setting was as charming as the house. We enjoyed playing games in the living room. We loved the close proximity to Hard Truth Distillery and downtown Nashville. We will definitely be back!

Where do I start. This place was spotless with nice furniture and bedding. We stayed 2 nights for a 14 year olds birthday party. The girls and adults loved the house with plenty of space and options for everyone. Would highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time at the Kelly Reed. Close to town, but extremely private and peaceful. Cabin was very cozy and matched the pictures perfectly! Can't wait to return.

What an amazing experience! The place was spectacular with the views and the spacious accommodations. Getting up the hill was a bit of a challenge, but worth every moment.
