Our small studio is a perfect spot to relax after a long day of travel, fun and sun, or whatever brings you to our area. There is a dedicated work area/desk, a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and untensils. THERE IS NO COOKTOP OR COOKING ALLOWED IN THE SUITE. Parking is provided.

This outstanding Guesthouse in Parkland is in an amazing location with private entrance and off street parking, in a quiet gated community. Centrally located by major highways. Near Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Deerfield Beach, Coconut Creek, Pompano Beach, etc. Beaches are due east, Everglades due west, Palm Beach due north and Miami due south and the Casino is close by. We are in the same county as Sawgrass Mills, largest shopping destination in the US, and Seminole Indian Reservation.

I'm offering a big discount because I'm building pools in the front yard. There will be noise Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm. Private entrance, no shared spaces. Full kitchen. It's very small, but it's equipped for real cooking. It even has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster & fridge! Strong wifi. Smart TV for Netflix, HBO, etc. Two blocks to electric bike rental. If you follow the rules you can rent an electric bike and ride to/from the beach every day for just $24 for a whole week!
