Ian and Fiona were very accommodating and welcoming! All communication and provided information was excellent! 😊 The Old Stables is a beautiful house, and the room with the bathroom upstairs is very clean and comfortable. The place is in a perfect location for all kinds of activities: hiking, walking, cycling, mountain biking, etc. - a great place! Highly recommended, and we hope to return! 😊

Flawless. It's very rare to find something that feels as good as Hannah's place, but it achieved it. We felt instantly comfortable/at home, it had things available I'd never even considered before, and it didn't feel like a typical Airbnb. Would love the opportunity to stay here again.

The cottage was very clean, very cute, and well placed - Chatsworth House is highly recommended, but definitely go early and stay all day because it's huge! It was a very comfortable and homey stay, and the fresh eggs, bread, and milk provided were all delicious and very welcomed. Ed and his family were all very friendly and we'll absolutely be back!

Fabulous accommodation in a historic hall. Large bedroom and bathroom. Great host. Good continental breakfast. Lots to do in the area. We visited the heights of Abraham. Plenty of great restaurants in Matlock and Matlock Bath (I particularly recommend the Cave seafood restaurant in Matlock Bath)

Stay was bring as we only stay es one night but it was pleasant and well maintained. Racharl was proactive and Cleary with her instructions and informative

Richard’s place was exceptional! Beautiful, spacious, clean home with three large, double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you needed, even plastic containers to take food on hikes. The garden was lovely to wander around and very peaceful. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had a perfect stay here, it's located well for Spicer Manor. It was lovely and clean, comfy bed and they also have a lovely garden. Very welcoming hosts.

Thanks so much for what was an excellent stay in Sheffield. The location is superb, just around the corner from Sharrow Vale, which is a gem of a place with Sheffield. Likewise very close to the nearby park which was good for us with our toddler. Communication prior to getting there was faultless, and she was there when we arrived to handover the key which is very helpful, as well as providing us with a highchair and baby bath. More than anything, was very thoughtful in helping us provide a little bit more information and context, given the fact we’re planning on moving to Sheffield eventually, was super duper helpful in this regard. For those people simply visiting a tourists or similar, the Airbnb has plenty of information about the area. In terms of the rental itself, whilst naturally a small spot, it has everything you could need, and for two individuals such as ourselves (plus or minus a little one) it is perfect. We loved our stay at Kate's apartment. Firstly, Kate is a fantastic host and communication was spot on prior to our visit. The apartment is well looked after, spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. Everything has been well thought out and you will absolutely 100% have everything you need for your stay. We loved that the apartment had a 'home from home' feel to it; our 3 year old and 19 month daughters loved exploring (it's a bit of a tardis with plenty of space!) and really appreciated the toys that were there. The local area is ideal for exploring all that the peak district has to offer. Highly recommend trips to Thornbridge Estate and hiring bikes along the Monsal trail. If you want to stay in and cook then it's no problem as the apartment has everything you need however you won't go far wrong if you decide to eat at Toll Bar Chippy (about a minutes stroll down the hill) or Stella's Kitchen located not far from Eyam. Overall, highly recommended. Would love to return.

Nigel is absolutely lovely. Lots of local recommendations. Poole’s Cavern is a must. St Anne’s well. Coffee at The Crescent Hotel. Swim in The Mineral Baths. Walk through the Pavilion Gardens. Take in a show at The Opera House. Get a Bakewell tart in Bakewell! Go up the Cable cars at Abraham Heights. Christmas at Chatsworth House. Sooooo much to see & do.

Karen’s place is lovely, very modern, clean, well equipped, with a comfy bed. It has a beautiful view over the Holme valley and a lovely riverside walk just across the road. We had a small problem getting in but I think that was our fault really. It is definitely worth a visit. Holmfirth is a great place to visit and Karen’s place would be a good base. Thank you Karen, we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic from start to finish. Thank you Jane and Jim for being fantastic hosts and making us feel so welcome, it truly felt like a home away from home. The location and home are beautiful, as was the breakfast. We also really appreciated your local recommendations which provided the cherry on top for a lovely weekend. We’ve just returned home from a perfect 2 night stay at Manx Villa B&B. By far the best place we’ve ever stayed (& we’re well travelled)! Leanda & Nige are the most thoughtful, friendly & welcoming hosts. They really looked after us, from the homemade cake treats in the room & the delicious breakfast each morning, to the helpful local tips & hand-drawn maps. The B&B is sparkling clean & the gardens are beautiful & very well maintained, with stunning views. Everything is exactly like the photos, although I would say the bedrooms are bigger in person. The bed is very comfortable & we slept so well that we just had to ask for the details to replicate at home. Our little cockapoo was also very well catered for & the doggy bath & robes were so handy. We don’t often return to the same place but we’ve definitely Peaked here & we can’t wait for our next visit! :-)

5* Bed and Breakfast We're so glad to have found this place to spend 4 wonderful nights. We just wish we could have stayed for longer. Karen and Chris were warm and welcoming from the very beginning and took care in showing us around the property which is beautiful inside and out. The room was stunning and had everything you could ever need and the soft and plump furnishings didnt go amiss. Everything was perfect! After a long day of hiking we were able come back to an amazing power shower, a large cosy bed and relax for the night in the nice fluffy robes that were on offer. We were always welcomed with big smiles first thing in the morning and set up for the day ahead with a delicious breakfast. Karen and Chris were always so attentive and friendly which made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. We loved our morning chats with Karen, it felt like we had known her for years. We've found a little peace of paradise and we can't wait to visit again x

Maywalk House provided everything we needed and more for our walking break in the Peak District, including a comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and a hearty breakfast cooked by Felicity to kick start each day. It's only 10 minutes' walk from the Miners Arms in Eyam village, which serves good evening meals. Felicity is a great host, friendly and welcoming but at the same time unobtrusive. We'd thoroughly recommend Maywalk House Airbnb.

We had a lovely stay in Edale, wonderful location, near the start of the Pennine way with a train station and bus stop just down the lane. Angela met us at the gate and showed us around the loft. The loft is very private, cosy and has stunning views. The loft was spotlessly clean. One of the best things about the stay was Angela's breakfasts, a good range of choices and delicious, just right to set you up for the day. The Old Nags Head is just across the road, it has a very friendly atmosphere and does very good food and beer. The loft has sloped ceilings, so if you are tall, you will bump your head, also the bath is small in size and a bit of a challenge to get into, but once in very relaxing.

Andrea was an incredible host. So kind, helpful and warm, she made me feel right at home. She was also incredibly helpful on recommendations for things to do in the area. The space was lovely, cozy and quiet. I’d highly recommend.
