The Bronx : locations de vacances avec suite privative

Dit was voor ons een ideale locatie en uitvalsbasis om NYC te bezoeken. Met de metro of fiets ben je op 50 min in Midtown Manhattan en kan je onderweg genieten van de verschillende wijken en alle andere facetten die deze metropolis te bieden heeft. Sebastian was een attente en schitterende host die ons verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk maakte. Het was fijn bij hem thuis te komen na het vele bezoeken en stappen!

The home was impeccably clean. It is very spacious and has alot of storage space . It has all utensils needed . The closest station is Jamaica which is a 15 min walk . There is a convinience store nearby . The hosts were helpful and informative. However there were issues with the Wifi connection and the TV causing a hindrance in watching TV at times ..There are also some restrictions with heating and the AC that should be communicated prior to booking . In all, it was an amazing and flexible stay . We would definitely stay here again . Thank you for hosting us .

My trip was focused around Digital Nomading by day and Broadway shows at night. This place worked out great for me. Quiet, private, great Wi-Fi, a 7-Eleven close by for beverages/snacks. I took the host's suggestion to Uber over to the PATH station and take that train/subway to the 33rd street exit in NYC. From there you can connect to NYC subways and be in the Times Square/Broadway area in just 1 or 2 stops. I felt safe doing this even as a middle-aged solo woman. I will say the whole route took quite some time (over an hour), yet I saved more than $1k for the week using this AirBNB compared to hotels on Broadway. It was all an adventure I enjoyed and would do again. The hosts live upstairs, but they respected my privacy and I did not see them at all. Plus you get a separate entrance for this unit. Ideal set up. Thank you!

Premium place in Bushwick! It had everything that you would expect and I would stay here again without question. The home was immaculately maintained and on a peaceful (for NY) street.

Perfect stay! Christopher is a top notch host with very comfortable accommodations. The unit had everything I needed for my week long stay. I look forward to my next trip to Brooklyn and hope to stay here.

Wat een fijne appartement hebben Patrecia en Birane. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Communicatie was heel goed met Patrecia. De locatie is perfect, want naast een bushalte. Binnen een half uur sta je in hartje New York.

We are happy with our stay at Harriets place! As we are travelling with 2 small kids, it was important to have kitchen and silence (we were the loud ones, probably) and kitchen is FULLY equiped one (and I mean - its really well equiped, nearly for any kind of meals), and apratment and neighbourhood is quiet at nights. Transportation is quite well - from EWR we arrived by Uber, and to/from Manhattan - wity NJ busses and Path trains. Harriet provided toys for kids, as well crayons and sketchbook for artistic activities, so, kudos for that one alone. Harriets place is highly recommended to anyone traveling via EWR, because of location. And what a views at the evening from waterfront to Manhattan!!!!

Spotless, cozy and quiet place. Very easy to access in a great neighborhood with tons of restaurants and shops. Short walk to beautiful Ft Greene park. Very convenient for visiting a student at Pratt institute. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again on my future visits to Brooklyn.

Anna was a delight start to finish, sweet, friendly and very responsive. The studio is in a really walkable area with grocers and restaurants plentiful. It was a 5 minute drive to Liberty State Park to see the Manhattan Skyline or take the ferry to Ellis Island or Statue of Liberty ( lots of free parking there). Easily walkable if you're younger than we are. Studio is on ground floor without steps, very secure and quiet. We weren't looking for a kitchen to cook so this was perfect for us. Very pleased with our stay.

This rental was definitely worth the price. Place was true to the photos posted online. Very quiet and private area. The ideal place for couples. Parking was also easy and close to house. Will definitely book again in the future.

Ottima posizione in un quartiere molto vivo, Franco si è dimostrato un ottimo host molto disponibile e attento. L’alloggio ha tutti i comfort e la posizione è perfetta anche per i servizi primari e per le metropolitane con cui raggiungere facilmente Manhattan.

I had a great stay at Adam’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the communication from the host was quick and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

Wonderful neighborhood. Peaceful,quiet and always felt safe. Friendly host- a pleasure to speak with. Beautifully appointed space- king bed, beautiful bathroom- felt like home!

Nous avons apprécié que l’autobus soit directement au coin et que nous ayons pu laisser notre voiture dans la rue pendant 4 jours. Tout était impeccable et le lit était confortable.

Spotless clean, cozy place, super easy check in. Safe - clean neighborhood. Closest grocery store is a 20min walk. Bed was very comfortable, nice linens, great television. The ONLY thing is there was no toaster in kitchen. Otherwise 99.9% perfect. I’d definitely go back to Kristine’s place!

Die Unterkunft von Yaritza hat uns insbesondere durch die charmante Einrichtung, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, beeindruckt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, um sich daheim zu fühlen. Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Supermarkt, Café und Subway Station sind in nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Yaritza verlief sowohl vor als auch während des Aufenthalts verständlich, sie reagierte zuverlässig und schnell. Yaritzas Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Normalde yorum yapmam ama gerçekten çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Su, köpeğimizin mama kabını unuttuğumuz için bize kase getirdi. Dolapta acıkırsak diye hazır noodle ile doldurmuştu.. Su ve içecekler de vardı.. temiz havlular ve hijyen ürünleri vardı.. ayrıca tvdeki üyelikler de açıktı.. Teşekkür ederim!

Todo salio perfecto, nos encanto el departamento y la pasamos genial en nuestra estadia, el barrio es hermoso y tiene el subte muy cerca, tambien mercados y restaurantes!!

Appartamento grandioso per soggiornare a New York, in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura ad Harlem, ricca di supermercati e farmacie, con la metropolitana a brevissima distanza. L’appartamento corrisponde esattamente alle foto, ed è in realtà molto spazioso. È ideale per chi viaggia con figli piccoli: io e mia moglie abbiamo viaggiato con nostra figlia di due anni, mettendola a dormire nella sua culla da viaggio in camera da letto. Il letto è estremamente confortevole, e ho dormito benissimo: la camera da letto affaccia verso l’interno dell’edificio e risulta perciò molto silenziosa. È inoltre molto semplice accedere in autonomia all’appartamento, date le indicazioni molto chiare dell’host. In definitiva, per soggiornare a Manhattan a un ottimo rapporto tra qualità e prezzo, è il posto ideale.

Our stay at Ann’s place was excellent. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax. The house itself is charming and allowed our family to enjoy a comfortable and private vacation. It’s fully equipped with everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!
