Very nice and clean space! It is on the third floor so there are stairs to be mindful of but overall, great stay for a quick business trip.

Our stay was very comfortable and Anil was extremely responsive to our questions, despite the fact he had a medical issue that required a trip to the ER. We enjoyed card games outside in the backyard and the house was cozy. We weren’t used to the voice controls coming out of nowhere, but that didn’t really bother us too much. There were low ceilings in the basement, and my son, who is 6’ 4”, had to slouch down to walk around. He didn’t mind because that was his only complaint. He said the bed was comfortable (they all were!) We loved the serenity of the water just across the way, and a nice touch was that the Greentree Country Club, where we had our wedding reception 27 years ago, was just down the street! Would return!

The apartment was a bit further away from New York than we expected, but we had a great stay nevertheless. The bus stop is right across the street and it takes you straight to the train station. The place was clean and felt safe. At some point we noticed that we were needing a can opener, and after we wrote Erica, she brought us one right away. I can recommend this place. Just keep in mind that depending on where you go in the city of NYC, it might take a while to get back to the apartment. Especially at night.

Paul is an excellent host! He’s always very communicative. I’ve stayed at two of his properties and both have been great stays. I enjoyed the space and it was perfect for my work trip. The space was clean and had everything I needed. Would stay again. Thank you Paul!

Paul's place was fantastic! The neighborhood was quiet and the house felt private, with plenty of street parking. The house was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Diony was an amazing host and extremely responsive and accommodating . Home is absolutely gorgeous! And convenient location. We booked last minute, and check in process was very simple n easy. Highly recommend for any type of stays!

Everything was exceptional along side great hospitality. I will definitely be booking again when visiting Yonkers NY!!!

We found Haithum to be a woderful and responsive host. The place was well equipped, spotless and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the tv's are huge. There is a lovely backyard and pool, but since we were "off season", we didn't make use of them. This unit is the lower floor of a home. There are other renters on the upper floor that can be heard on occasion, but hardly a deal breaker. We would definitely consider staying here again. FYI, the AirBnB fee kicked the cost up almost $30 per day so be aware.

Great location and stay

El hospedaje está increíble, moderno, limpio, ordenado, muy bien ubicado, ideal para desplazarce a Manhattan, el bus pasa en la esquina. La zona muy completa, hay de todo para comprar. Martín se portó increíble, siempre atento a cualquier detalle, nos dió instrucciones muy claras, lo recomendo 100 %. La pasarán increíble.

The apartment is new, convenient and well-equipped. The furniture and all accessories were brand new at the time of our stay (April 2025), we hope that the guests and the owners will keep everything in such a good shape in the future. This hotel-style unit is spacious and quiet, facing a large inner plaza, with double-glazed windows that are effective against noise. The Manhattan view is great, day and night, as mentioned in most of the guest reviews. There are Venetian blinds on the large windows but be aware that they don't completely block the morning light from the east (if you are sensitive to this issue). The bed is comfortable and the linens are nice. Jeff is super-responsive and cooperative, willing to satisfy his guests. In general, Hoboken is a very pleasant small town and New York is easily accessible from there. In conclusion: A highly recommended Airbnb apartment in Hoboken NJ.

This was such a nice space and Lisa was a nice and accommodating host. This place is full character and wonder. Very artistic color energy in this place. We started my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration here with what is her last sleepover with friends. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were the first things and last things used. They enjoyed it so much! Thanks for your hospitality Lisa. If we ever need something like this again. We will be sure to look you up! Blessings

Brian was very helpful and attentive! The place was excellent. If you have a car he has an available space for parking. All shops are near by!

For my ladies in particular this place has a feminine aesthetic that most do not have which is why this space is definitely my first choice when I visit Hoboken & New York!

The place was nice, no parking , I feel that if your staying for a week or longer the host should have extra sheets and pillow cases. Trash should be picked up or extra bags at the property. I enjoyed my stay overall but the host does not communicate within a reasonable time frame.

This is a great stay. Small and cozy. Its a great price for what you get. I highly recommend if you are in the area. Its exactly as described. Paul is great and is responsive to all our questions. Would stay here again.

Loved how accessible the train was to this location. Also loved that there was grocery store near by & ample food options. Cool shops too. Definitely would recommend for your NYC stay! Especially if you’re hanging in the Bronx.

Joseph was incredibly kind and helpful. Through no fault of his, I mixed up the code to check in and he responded immediately to get us in. Thank you. His place was very clean, cozy, and a lovely spot for us to visit family in the area. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

I stood here for 2 months while I did a rotation over at Montefiore and it was great. Super close (10min walk, 3min drive), building has it's own parking. Also laundry place is just across the apt building. Aida was extremely communicative and helpful with anything that I needed. If I am ever in the area and need a place to stay again I would definitely rebook.
