This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and have as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wonders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.

There’s a projector and screen for films. The bathroom dining room and kitchen have heated floors

The other 3 bedrooms are locked and empty when guests are staying.

Spacious 1 bedroom flat in the basement of our family home, which we rent when my daughter is away. 5 minutes walk from King’s College Hospital. Perfect for 1 or 2, and it has a sofa bed (though this is only suitable for family or close friends, as the bathroom is en suite with the bedroom). In the heart of Camberwell but in a very quiet street. Close to Peckham and Brixton, and very well-connected to central London. We are in the main house and are always on hand.

Surrounded by various restaurants and cafes, 5 minute walk from Streatham Overland station and a 5 minute bus ride from Tooting Bec underground.With 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus lots of living space downstairs it’s a great base to explore the city! This is our family home and we love our neighbours… so NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
