had a fantastic time away at patsy"s chalet so clean and tidy , nice easy stroll to all the amenities and beach , wish I could of stayed longer .

A great place to stay- it's a beautifully renovated yet wonderfully original wagon, that's comfortable and well appointed for any retreat. We really enjoyed the garden space to be amongst the fruits and vegetables and Bertie the horse! Wish we could've stayed longer! Overall just the tranquility we wanted. Thanks to Julia for being great and accommodating host.

We had a great weekend away here. The room was beautifully furnished and cosy in peaceful Holkam Park, and close enough to walk into Wells-next-the-sea. The bed was unbelievably comfy and the room had everything you needed. Johanna was a helpful and responsive host. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely relaxing stay in this beautiful, quiet location. The Shepherd’s hut is cosy and comfortable with everything you need. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

"Wow" what a find! Such a beautiful place and so peaceful. The Shepherds hut was even better than it looked ,in the pictures and very spacious considering. It was spotless inside and had everything you needed. I loved that we arrived to homemade cakes and goodies in the fridge. My son loved the animals and we were very lucky to meet Bob who kindly told my son about the animals and let him help feed some of them. Bob and Helen are excellent hosts, they go above and beyond from start to finish and nothing is to much trouble. We shall be back.

Very responsive friendly host. Lovely cabin with everything you needed in the centre of Wells, but very quiet and secluded. Enclosed courtyard great to let the dog out 1st and last thing , with a table and chairs. Bed very comfortable as was the sofa. Lovely and airy inside

Nice and clean caravan with probably the best instructions and communication i've ever experienced on airbnb. The caravan itself was nice and the addition of heaters in all room ensured it was not too cold.

Thank you Karen for having us stay. It was a really well equipped chalet with everything you could need. Was cosy and charming and had a holiday feel about the place. Excellent communication from Karen and would definitely consider coming back again.

Michelle‘s Shepherd hut was more stunning than the pictures depicted. Everything was spotless and the setting was idylllic. The fire pit was a wonderful addition, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is very rural and if you want utter peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Don’t hesitate to book.

The cottage was thoughtfully put together with everything we could have needed. It was clean with an attention to detail. A very comfortable bed & sofa. It was really quiet & just what was needed to switch off and relax. Not far from happisburgh beach eccles etc. Convenient public footpath on the opposite side of the road. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend.

Myself, my fiancee and our crazy dog had a fantastic few days here. First of all, the hosts Sally and Gary were friendly and made sure we were made to feel at home as soon as we arrived. Things like that really make a difference and we knew straight away this was going to be an enjoyable break. The Hut itself is cosy, unique, and with plenty of character. The view over the fields from the back window is stunning especially at sunset (keep an eye out for the few deer we spotted!). The kitchen area is perfect for a short break, and the patio is ideal for sitting in the peace and quiet with a coffee or something a bit stronger! Surrounding area is very quiet, the pub up the road is full of character and history as well as a good selection of food and beers. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. If you're looking for somewhere peaceful with relaxing at the top of the agenda, we highly recommend The Happi-Hut. 10/10.

I spent a lovely few days at the shepherds hut. It was a beautiful and peaceful area with very little noise. A great place to relax and enjoy the countryside and it worked as a great base for me to explore the Suffolk coastline. Katie and Matt gave really clear instructions for my stay and checked in while i was there to make sure i had everything i needed. The amenities were as described and everything worked as expected. Lovely hosts and a great place to stay, would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay at Natasha’s place! Before arriving we got a lot of recommendations that made planning our trip really easy. The place was easy to find and we were given a welcome tour. Place was well stocked with everything we needed for a cosy few nights away. Would definitely stay again!

Such an incredible location! We had ponies for neighbours and ate dinner on the patio watching the sunset. It was a very peaceful place to stay. The farm is far enough from towns that there’s no traffic, no noise. But close to plenty of good places to eat. Their handbook had lots of local recommendations and notes on the many beaches nearby. This was a great base for exploring Norfolk. The cabin itself is compact and cleverly designed, the rooms have multifunctional spaces for resting, eating, and storage for luggage. Plus plenty of outdoor space. Although it’s close to the road, it felt like a private space as we saw hardly anyone.

Absolutely Beautiful.. Adorable accommodation and Host who felt like long lost Aunt & Uncle. A absolute joy to stay here . The Shepherds hut had everything you need . Wood burner which used was relaxing . Cooking facilities are just what you need with the added charm of a fresh baked loaf of bread bought to you ,fresh eggs orange juice tea coffee milk. BBQ which I used I could go on &.on . Beautiful views to wake up to . If you ever just fancy that time on your own just to chill then this is a must. It's a Shepherd's hut but a beautiful one with a lovely host. Definitely would go back and I do fully recommend.

We wanted a quiet, relaxing and romantic countryside escape and that’s exactly what we got! The cabin was cosy and warm with the heaters. Outside the fairy lights are really cute and there was plenty of firewood. You can just about see other buildings but we felt lovely and secluded in our little area. Shower was good and hot, compost loo was well kept! Hannah was very friendly and responsive. Thanks so much for having us!

What a delight to stay at Little Acorn. Perfect for two to get away from it all, tranquil surroundings, perfect hosts, everything we needed and more. The cabin is well equipped, very clean and ideally situated. Ann and John are very friendly and accomodating hosts. Thank you, just what we needed to relax and recharge. We would love to return one day.

Fabulous place to stay as a mini break before I started a new job. Beautifully decorated with everything you need if you just want to relax in a gorgeous quiet part of north Norfolk. Great to have the hot tub which we used one night, well equipped kitchen plenty of outdoor space to catch the sun or drink a coffee. Great recommendations from Lisa and we loved finding The Parlour today for lunch. We’d love to Come back and stay again

A gorgeous secluded getaway. Brilliant communication from Toni on access and recommendations. The hut was in Impeccable condition and so cozy. Will be very hard to resist coming back.

Lovely place with everything you could need for a short or longer stay. Very easy to find and great contact from Mossy & Colin. Nothing is too much to ask and they live on site if you need them but you feel like you have the place to yourself. It felt more like staying with family rather than a rental so will definitely be heading back. Lovely seating area outside, wild bird life in garden and not far from coast or Broads to explore. The shower looked smaller in the pictures but is a good size with lots of headroom if you need it. Nice relaxing place for a break annd easily accessible to the best Norfolk has to offer.

We had an excellent stay, the place was lovely, quiet and just what we were looking for. Lots of nice touches, great bathtub, underfloor heating, well equipped, space outside to chill in the sun and we liked the style and decor. Appreciated there was things to oil to cook with, it might have been nice to have a little bit of milk in the fridge for a short stay like ours. Hosts were very responsive during our stay. We had a nice meal at the local Indian. All in all, we recommend!

We had the most magical stay with my partner and our 5yo at Deborah’s little chalet. Everything was so perfect and exactly how we imagined it! The perfect base to explore Norfolk, close to the beach and everyone on the site is super friendly, incl the local shop. We enjoyed switching off, cooking delicious meals (the kitchen is super well equipped) and playing board games and picking DVDs for a special movie night. We’d love to come back and have already recommended it to friends :)
