We loved our stay in Georgia's apartment. It was easy to find and the parking was a bonus. The sea view is beautiful! Very clean and Georgia was very responsive to messages. Great water pressure made the shower wonderful!

Place was perfect for our night stay and in a good location. Check in was fairly easy and flexible. Only downside was that the room didn’t seem like it was thoroughly cleaned between guests as there was noticeable hair on the furniture and the cutlery was a little bit grubby. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay and the host was easy to communicate with.

Carpenters Rest is a charming bolt hole away from the coastal crowds. Perfect for friends looking for private space to share a few days away. We loved the classy but comfortable decor and private lounge for chilling out in and sharing drinks after coming back after an evening out. Food in the pub below is also highly recommended.

Beautiful ground floor apartment with a great location. Pros Apartment is clean, modern and has beautiful furnishings. It looks exactly like the photos. It is located within 5 mins from the restaurants and beach so the location is great. We were given clear instructions to find the apartment, where to park and how to get in. Parking space is very useful. The host was responsive and helpful: they allowed us to check out half an hour later. Although the small courtyard has no view we enjoyed sitting having a drink in the sun. Cons It is a ground floor apartment and the lounge is near to the front door of the entire building for all apartments. This meant when other guests came and went you could hear them clearly. However, this did not really bother us as it wasn’t for long. Guests are asked to strip beds and place linen in bags. I don’t usually expect to do this when I’m paying for accommodation.

Jacqueline’s place was lovely to stay in. It has a modern interior suitable for a couple, we cooked 2 meals a day in the kitchen that had everything provided. The harbour and Oulton broads was a nice, short walk and also a short walk to the retail park. Lowestoft was an okay area but places like southwold are a short drive and worth a visit. Parking wasn’t an issue as we spoke to flat 1 and agreed we can fit 2/3 cars on the driveway if we were both considerate. It was an amazing 4 day stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was clean and tidy and just as pictured. Sandra and Arek were so friendly and their communication was excellent. I will definitely stay again.

Host was friendly and responsive and we were able to get two sets of keys which really helped with our itinerary. Apartment was spotless with enough room for a family of four to lounge in comfortably. No parking provided but we parked at St Andrew's overnight car park which was a 6 min walk away. Location was perfect as we could walk to many restaurants, shops, city sights etc. All in all, a great stay.

Gorleston is an underrated spot for a weekend by the beach and this flat is about as perfectly located as you can get, with beautiful views across the beach and down the coast, and probably a 2 minute walk to sandcastle making and kite flying. Perfect as a base for a day spent relaxing on the beach or swimming in the sea, as the tides do not cover the sand. Cafe and other amenities are close by, and there are a number of very tasty restaurants nearby providing good food at affordable prices. Strong recommendation from us and we'd use again. The only thing to note is that, as a penthouse, it is up several flights of stairs. Unavoidable, but worth noting if you're not able to climb them for whatever reason. The hosts are helpful and responsive to all messages, and access is a breeze. Parking is on the street, so during the busiest periods it might be a bit of a lottery but we had no trouble getting a spot very close by. Overall a thoroughly good Airbnb experience.
