I rented the penthouse which was perfect. The space was very spacious with a big peaceful balcony. The room and bed were very cozy and the AC was wonderful. In a nice and quiet location and basically right on top the best beach in puerto:)

Amazing stay! I can’t wait to come back—this place is a little paradise. It’s right on the beach and close to all the restaurants and bars, yet still very quiet and peaceful. The AC is a huge plus, and the internet worked perfectly, which was essential for me since I work remotely and start very early, when nothing else is open. I definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely return!

We had such a great stay. It looks better than the pictures! Bigger and we loved the hammock on the terrace. Jonathan was such an amenable host, there were some small issues that popped up during the stay and he dealt with them so effectively and quickly. The spot is only a few minutes to the beach, and is super quiet and peaceful with strong ac!

El hotel, como él lo menciona en la descripción, sigue en construcción y cuando termine será aun más espectacular, es un gran proyecto con mucho potencial... lo que ya está construido es hermoso y Emanuele está al pendiente todo el tiempo, ademas su piano, el museo, todo vale la pena conocerlo! Great placement, close to the beach and restaurants. Patricia and her family were helpful and open, giving us recommendations. Highly recommend it!

Great place with lots of thoughtful touches. 2 minute walk to convenience stores and a selection of restaurants (the restaurant across the street from the hotel was great as well). 3-5 minute walk to the heart of La Punta.

I love this place. Everything exceeded expectations! The room was clean, well-designed, and thoughtfully stocked (a great stay for my dog and I). Communication with the host is smooth. They are responsive from start to finish, and the location makes relaxing, exploring, and feeling right at home easy. Whether I was soaking in the sunsets, surfing, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, or discovering local gems nearby, it was clear a lot of care went into creating this experience. I’d return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway.
