Our accommodation contributed hugely to our enjoyment of our time in Melbourne. The overall experience across the facilities and the service were of an extremely high order. Expectations were well matched if not exceeded. The location was both beautiful and extremely convenient. Would highly recommend Barbara and her beautiful apartment.

We loved our stay at Tim’s Place. The location was excellent, really close to Frankston town centre and the beach and boardwalk. The street was quiet and slow paced. The apartment was super comfy and had all the amenities we needed for the week with a really cute and whimsical vibe. We will most definitely stay again on our return to the Mornington Peninsula.

Mother in law stayed here, and it was the perfect space for a getaway. A really clean, nicely furnished space which has all mod cons. Beautiful views! Will use again

We had a great time at Annes place. Close to the beach for a nice walk or a drink in the evening. Also close to trams to get to the CBD area. We enjoyed the take away cups she provides and had several iced latte from Frankies around the corner. Recommend!

I had a wonderful stay in Dave's apartment. Immaculately clean, great communication with host, safe, secure, quiet, easy access, lovely view and with all the comforts of home. Within easy walking distance of everything, beach, supermarket, cafes, shops, public transport. A great place in a great spot.

This was my first visit to Australia and I'm so pleased I booked Tanya and Tims accommodation for my two week stay. A beautiful comfortable, clean apartment in an ideal location. In walking distance to public transport and lots of restaurants. Being opposite the beach and not far from St Kilda Pier is an added bonus. Everything is supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible and Tanya and Tim are very responsive to queries. I was given a late checkout due to an evening flight which was very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to future guests and will definitely book again for anymore visits to St Kilda.

Johns place was a beautiful location. Great access to the trams. Good communication, had everything we needed and was comfortable.

The house is as described, no problems at all. We needed a temporary place to stay when we had to vacate our house for a couple of days. Great house for dog owners as it was fully fenced all around. Next time I will ask for an extra key a just the one key was hard to manage but otherwise, exactly what we needed. Thanks

Relaxing Beach Getaway in a Nice and Tidy Setting…We thoroughly enjoyed our recent Airbnb stay the property offered a fantastic base to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. The place itself was nice and tidy, providing a comfortable and welcoming

We very much enjoyed this retro beach shack. The balcony and views were exceptional with the shore and very private beach just across the road. Was quiet time to visit. Loved having the pool table. Great place to unwind and relax with furry friends. Will definitely visit again.

Seaford beach is a hidden gem, the first time we had been there and will definitely be back. A really lovely beach including the beach Cafe which has great views and food! Very comfortable stay. Beds were great; large family lounge area which made it comfortable for the 6 of us. Well appointed kitchen which we loved. Deck worked well with table, BBQ, umbrellas and couch area; but did take up all the space. We wondered if Nepean Highway would be difficult to cross but we had no difficulties at all, including crossing with a toddler. We LOVED the convenient beach access and enjoyed a dip in the bay every morning before breakfast. Great outdoor shower as well. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect place for us (family of four), whilst visiting family in the Edithvale area. It's an awesome little suburb, with easy and regular access in to the city via the train too. Jessie's accommodation gave us a fantastic place to settle down, base ourselves whilst visiting without the hustle and bustle of a hotel, with the added bonus of amenities to catch up on washing and the other practicalities wholst away for so long. We'd definitely love to return, when next back in Australia.

Great location within a few hundred metres to the beach. The place was clean and tidy with everything we needed for two families of four, to have a fun long weekend. Everything was clean and today and Lauren was always friendly and responsive. The kids loved the spacious yard and the trampoline. Two TV's also helped. Thanks for an awesome stay Lauren!

Great little place for a weekend getaway with amazing views from the house. It's a lovely walk along the path to the shops in Portarlington and wineries are very close by.

Wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable, quiet and a great location. Easy access into St Kilda and tram into city centre. Hayley was very responsive to any questions pre stay and during. Lots of additional unexpected extras left to eat/ drink and use which is always greatly appreciated when travelling. Would throughly recommend for a short or longer stay. Would suggest a few more serving dishes needed. Shower and bath great, just be aware water comes out very, very hot! Thank you Hayley- a perfect Air B&B and have already recommended to friends- just hope you have availability! Margie& Andy

Stunning location and beautiful unit that has everything you could need. We really appreciated the extra towels, kids cutlery, excellent TV and communication provided. Easy to check in and out. Would recommend this location. Thanks so much!

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. We had a fabulous time at Rueben’s place in Brighton. The unit is beautifully appointed. Rueben, Sookie and Vinola were lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this unit!

Mia place is in a great location, walking distance to beach, off-leash dog parks and main Port Melbourne street full of cafes, shops and pubs. There is also public transport nearby to enable further travel to Melbourne main tourist spots. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

The location was perfect, with beautiful view of city and the ocean. It was easy to communicate with Jim. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommend this place.
