Mews house with allocated parking (a rare find!), close to the beach, shops, restaurants & cafes. This is a spacious property with a lovely feel to it. Very close to the beach, it offers excellent value for the size and location and would be ideal for an executive here for work or for a family holiday. A comfortable home from home, the house is just a very short walk to shops, cafes and restaurants in central Brighton & Hove. There are two large bedrooms, a single bedroom and two bathrooms.

Downstairs, there’s a kitchen with essentials and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Step outside to your private patio with a bistro set—perfect for morning coffee. Free parking lines the whole road. It’s an 8-min walk to the nearest station, 20 mins to the sea/central Hove. By car, it’s just 5 mins to Hove, 15 to Brighton.

We have a shopping square over the road , you can get everything you need there. We are a 5 minute walk to a beach with great cafes . A dog friendly park is just a stroll up the road. The annex is self contained with own front door,double bed,shower, towels. Microwave oven,compact fridge,washing machine ,parking on-drive.Tea&coffee.
