Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

Probably the most enchanting and creative place I’ve ever stayed! Bright, clean and colorful! Brenna and Kyle were friendly, helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Serge was helpful with marathon weekend details and was very responsive. House is as described, quite spacious and easily sleeps 8 adults. The game room includes billiards, darts, a massage chair, and 3 comfortable theater chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare large family meals. It’s a 30 minute walk to the Newton Center green line train stop, which is recommended for transportation to and from downtown Boston. The price was a little high, but everything in the area was increased for marathon weekend. Would recommend.

This is the third year we were able to rent Ediangela’s house. As always it’s beautiful and clean. The pool is spotless. Plenty of space for big groups and absolutely perfect for families with kids of all ages. There’s so much to do on the property itself. She is so kind and responsive. It’s always been amazing every time we stay. It’s becoming our summer staple to come and stay by the pool for a few days of vacation. 10/10 absolutely worth renting this space. This year we brought two 10 year olds, a 5 year old, and a 2 year old, with 4 adults. They had the best time in the little play houses and pool. The adults had a great time as well. If you’re looking for a low key - big fun spot where you don’t have to run around to entertain, this is perfect! Everything you need or may need is on site or minutes away if you need to shop. Including the actual beach. I sincerely hope we get the chance to make it year 4 next summer!

We enjoyed our stay at Maxine’s place. We had 7 people and this home was spacious and clean. Maxine was also very responsive and helpful. I had forgot my jacket here after checkout and was able to arrange to pick it up. The area was also nice and peaceful.

UNBRIDLED JOY. Dara and Paige's house is welcoming right away, with a comfortable open living, dining, and kitchen area filled with fun, bright decor. The house radiates joy and fun and comfort. My friend and I took a last-minute getaway here, and it was exactly what we needed. The colors are both cheerful and calm, and the place is furnished for relaxing cozily. We had a blast shopping the items in the house, which is a wonderful unique twist. Everything was exactly as described and better. Communication was SUPERB. You couldn't ask for two kinder or more caring hosts. We especially appreciated the attention to accessibility since I have some mobility issues. We can't wait to go back again. Everything about this house raises our spirits and makes us laugh out loud with delight. We loved every moment and are already looking forward to our next stay. THANK YOU!!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Weston, MA. The house was spacious, spotless, and located in a peaceful, wooded neighborhood right next to Cat Rock Park—perfect for relaxing or enjoying nature. It was incredibly quiet, which made for a restful stay. Parking was convenient, and check-in was seamless. Everything about the experience was easy and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located home away from home.

We had a great time staying here. It was raining our entire stay but the closed in porch area allowed us to still feel like we were on vacation and enjoy the view of the harbor.

What a lovely place! Perfectly decorated, incredibly well-maintained, tons of space, sparkling clean, and in a wonderful location. Five minute walk to Northeastern, super easy walk to Fenway, and less than a 30 minute very scenic walk to the Back Bay area (it was such a beautiful walk, we did it multiple times during our stay). The homes (including this one) are amazing, great places to eat nearby, etc. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I would absolutely book it again. I've already recommended it to some friends who will be traveling to Boston over the summer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I booked this beautiful Swampscott home for my wife's 30th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house, views, and location were incredible. My wife, family, and friends couldn't stop raving about the Air BnB selection and we had the best time. The cherry on top was an amazing local restaurant at the bottom of the hill which we enjoyed almost every night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in this rental. Ryan was a great host and made everything easy!

It was a lot bigger then we expected which was great for our family. It was so quiet and peaceful, great to wind down on the back porch after a long day. Samuel was quick to respond to any messages. It wasn't to far from the battle green in Lexington. It was a wonderful week for us and if we return to the area I will definitely be looking for this house again.

This is a nice place with 5 separate rooms. Warm and friendly owner and housekeeper. The house is old but clean and beautiful. Very quiet environment. Definitely will stay here again when we come next time.

The apartment was as listed, and very clean, with all the amenities we needed to stay there. It was centrally located to all the areas we went to. The directions to get in were very clear. Dev was very responsive when I contacted him and it was overall a great stay.

First time trip to Salem with my family as our spring break destination. Darryl's place was exactly as presented online and the perfect spot for walking into town and stops back at the home in between activities. Communication was great and we had zero issues during our visit. My husband and I have different walking disabilities but were able to go back and forth with mostly ease so the place's location would be perfect for just about anyone that doesn't want to drive all over and enjoy the sites. The street was so quite and you barely heard any neighbors the entire time. Definitely would recommend to anyone that is looking for a very clean, safe environment with lots of amenities and close proximity to downtown Salem.

Amazing price and amazing place to spend Halloween! Great places to eat and adventure around! The house was peaceful but had very friendly atmosphere with the neighbors. If I could have Andrea be the host for every air bnb I would be greatful knowing I have someone that's reliable and great with communication. She will treat you right and has great recommendations!

This wasn't our first time staying at the John Edwards house, and it won't be the last. The location is perfect. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The house was clean, well stocked, and had been updated since last time we stayed. We cooked multiple meals in the house, and found that the kitchen had pretty much everything we could have wanted. The fridge was big and clean, which was helpful since we brought a ton of food. The owners were quite helpful and even came over to bring some extra supplies. I would highly recommend anyone to rent this house if you have a decent sized crew, and would like the charm of an old New England house.

Visiting Boston for a wedding and the location and home was perfect for our needs! Highly recommend this home!

Bryan was a fantastic host and his home was great and fit all our needs. The pictures posted are accurate (although I’d say the place looks better in person). For the price, you can’t beat the location and all the room!! I was able to bring my pups which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this home if you have any Boston/Salem trips coming up. It was about 10-20 min into Boston (depending on where you are going) and 30 min to Salem. Both easy drives. House is older and has some normal wear/tear but it was very clean and had a ton of great amenities included! The game room was awesome. We will be back in the future.

Enorme casa en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional y con un enorme patio que no pudimos disfrutar por falta de tiempo y porque el clima aún no lo permitió, pero la propiedad es fantástica, muy bien equipada, impecablemente limpia, situada convenientemente en un suburbio residencial a aproximadamente 30 minutos de Boston. Great space. There were 8 of us that stayed. We mainly were out in about during the day going to Boston breweries. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but we hung out there in the evenings. Bill hooked us up with a bag of charcoal for the grill so we could cook up some steaks. The house has a great backyard area. The kitchen and dining room area was big enough to accommodate us. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Great shower heads. Off street parking was great for both our vehicles.

Beautiful home and lovely host. We enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and the back deck was so nice to have. The home was very clean and lots of spaces to spread out. Regina, the host, was always responsive to any questions. We hope to stay here again.

Mark and Suzanne's home is what we needed on our trip to Peabody. It is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It is in a quiet cul de sac and the backyard is beautiful. Won't mind staying here again next time we are back in Peabody.

This is the place. A charming historic home, conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood that is surprisingly just steps away from a bustling restaurant scene! The kitchen has EVERYTHING you never knew you wanted. We stayed a week for our daughter’s college graduation with three generations of family and felt we had plenty of room. The grandparents loved sitting on the porch swing watching the world go by. Eleven out of ten.
