my stay was perfect, lovely and peaceful, beautiful view of the marina, it was a slight walk to restaurants, shops and parking but I was in no rush and it's a pretty walk across the marina. Geoff was spot on with communication and instructions, I would definitely stay here again 👍

Stayed here for Brighton Marathon. Very clean, Tazeem was really responsive and helpful. Even included a list of recommendations in the flat for local places.

My friend and I spent three nights in this lovely apartment. It's located a bit outside the city, but still within a reasonable walking distance. For us, it was really nice to stay in a quiet area. The apartment is located below the owners' residence, which caused some noise. It didn’t bother us at all — in fact, we found it quite cozy — but it might be good for others to be aware of. There was a slight "basement" smell in the bedroom, but it went away with some airing out. It was a really lovely place, and we would love to come back. ☺️

Ricky was a brilliant and helpful host with a lovely home to stay in. Right in the heart of lots of restaurants, cafes and bars it’s also perfectly located a 5 min walk from the seafront. It has been decorated to a high standard and is very clean. Although it is a basement flat, it has a bonus outside patio space and is very light and airy. We will 100% be back again to visit and would highly recommend to others too!!

Had a lovely stay at Judith‘s annexe. Comfy bed, well-equipped kitchenette and convenient parking right outside the door. Judith’s a very attentive host. She greeted me in person and kindly accepted deliveries for me. Would definitely stay here again.

Matt and Em were so helpful with a last minute booking and went above and beyond to make it work around our schedule. The flat was stunning and in a perfect location. Would have loved to stay longer! We also locked ourselves out and they were so responsive at helping us get a spare key to us. Lovely people and lovely space. Definitely recommend! X

This place had everything we needed for a 2 night stay in Brighton and it was also very clean. The BnB was in walking distance to the main shops but up a very big hill on the way back! Hosts were good at communicating and sent us clear instructions for our visit. Would stay again if we are in the area :)

We had the greatest girls weekend at the Funky house! The house is super quirky, with everything you need for a a fun stay. Would definitely recommend this place! The house itself was spotless, and the hot tub was a great bonus! The hosts were so friendly and responsive, we felt right at home. We will be sure to visit again!

Perfect stay. Beautiful home and the garden was abit of a sun trap! Me, my partner and our pup absolutely loved it.

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation offered by Jess is very well located, 5 minutes from the beach. The accommodation is pleasant and easy to get to, and there are two local shops within a 2-minute walk (I particularly liked the Nord Hove café down the road). Jess is very responsive and very pleasant, a stay in keeping with the local weather: sunny ☀️

We had the best three night stay, the apartment is stunning, better than the photos, great location and loads of local amenities too. We will be back.

The house was beautiful and the way it has been furnished was gorgeous! llian put up a birthday sign for me which was so cute. The kids loved it too. It was in a great location and would definitely come back again. Clear instructions and the place was immaculate. The only thing I would say is, because our house back at home is a new build, they are naturally warmer than a traditional built house, so it was cold. But the weather was bitter than usual that weekend. We did have to use the heating. It’s not a complaint but if visiting in the winter, just bring some layers for the evening. Xx

I loved staying at Adrian’s flat! It was cozy, very quiet and clean. I felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable, and the hot shower was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!
