The house is a hidden gem, delightfully located in arms reach of the Hangleton Manor pub. It's a 5-minute walk to the South Downs and a 10 minute drive to the beach. The original oak beams and the wood burner, blended with a contemporary design and attention to detail create an inspiring homely feel. This is our family home so no parties/gatherings.

In the heart of Kemptown, the Georgian-style three-storey house has every comfort and is within easy reach of all of Brighton. The beach is steps from the house. Kemptown itself has many shops, cafes and restaurants but the pier is within five minutes walk along the seafront. Recent renovations in 2021 include a new cloakroom with sink and WC in the basement.
