It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

We had a great family weekend break in Brighton and this was the perfect home for us. Great location and Paul was fantastic with messaging and getting us parking passes. Whole time felt like a home from home.

Would definitely recommend for a stay in Brighton, being right on the beach with parking is a massive bonus as it saves on paying for parking if you're driving! Great kitchen if you're wanting to cook but also so central you have everything you need on your doorstep. Very friendly and helpful hosts!

Appartement très confortable, avec vue superbe sur la plage de Brighton. Logement tout équipé, confortable et charmant. On s'y sent parfaitement bien. La fourniture des draps et des serviettes facilite l'installation. Autre point positif : au pied de l'appartement, un arrêt de bus qui permet de rejoindre les autres villes de la côte. We had an amazing weekend in Brighton! The place was perfect for our group of 12. Would definitely recommend for a large group it was really comfortable and the hosts were so helpful and very responsive

This is a beautifully renovated Brighton flat on a quiet street near the heart of the city. Comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, and luxurious bathroom. Plus lots of funky art on the walls and a sun-filled patio. We had a wonderful stay in England's most vibrant, diverse city, and this flat was a big reason why. Allan and Toni made sure we had everything we needed and were there to answer any questions we had.

Mark's house was perfect for us to visit my family in Brighton and Hove. Everywhere walkable or by bus. Great to be so close to the beach and shops. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Mark responded immediately to my messages. My granddaughter loved her bedroom at the top of the house!

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, nice and warm, and exactly as listed. A quiet location and dog friendly. Thoughtful host who left a little welcome basket of bits and had good communication. We intend to rebook next time we’re back in Brighton.

We’ve been coming to Brighton fairly regularly for 10 years and Janye’s house has been the best accommodation we’ve found. A peaceful spot, perfectly sized for our family of 4, tastefully decorated and with a car park space, which is a premium in Brighton. The best thing for us though is the location. A 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes the other way is Preston street which is full of restaurants, 15-20 minutes to the Laines with its independent shops, cafes etc. and only a few doors away is a great pub - the lion and lobster. Would highly recommend and we will we will try to book again when we’re next visiting.

The property was lovely and really well kitted out. A central location that is within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. David’s communication was great from start to finish.

Fabulous apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our favourite part was the huge window and balcony for enjoying the views in the sunshine. The kitchen is well equipped to be able to cook meals, which we did a couple of times. Perfect location for exploring Brighton and walking distance to really nice bars & restaurants. This place looked great in the listing but is even more lovely in person.

Spacious and bright place in a nice location. not too far from the beach but a quieter area. convenient. it was a good base.

Philip is a great host! Very friendly and helpful. He provided a beautiful welcome basket for us and some milk in the fridge. The apartment is very spacious with comfy sofas, and has a lovely outlook onto the seafront. Great shower and hot water aplenty. It’s situated far enough away from the bustle of the city, but within walking distance of everything we needed for our short break. There’s a good range of restaurants and take outs nearby too. All in all a lovely stay in Brighton.

Had a lovely stay at Katie’s apartment which was conveniently located; the building is beautiful and steeped in history and the views were awesome. Katie left clear instructions and everything was clearly labelled plus the place was clean and cosy. Thank you for your hospitality- hope to visit again 🥰

We wouldn't hesitate to return to this accommodation. It looked exactly like the photos and was clean and practical. We were very impressed at the high standard throughout. It's close to two supermarkets and the buses into central Brighton are super frequent. The harbour is minutes away and the area felt safe. We loved it. It's worth noting that one of the beds is very low, which was fine for us, but could be challenging for someone with mobility issues. The stairs are reasonably steep, but again, we didn't have any issues with this. There is a pub next door; we never heard a peep from them. The boiler in one of the bedrooms was audible. The water was hot and plentiful. The blackout blinds were valuable - once we'd realised they were there - but quite a bit of light still gets in so take an eye mask if you want it pitch black. The host was responsive and promptly answered any queries we had. The accommodation doesn't come with local information so some forward planning is advised.

Katrina’s airbnb was gorgeous and spacious, it matched the description perfectly and was perfect for our stay for the Brighton marathon! The property was very clean and in a great location, 15 minutes away from the train station and 5 minutes away from the seaside! Katrina was very friendly and helpful, always very responsive and was kind enough to give us recommendations for nearby places and taxi companies in the area. We will definitely be looking to stay again in the future, thank you.
