Step out of the front door and you are minutes from the hustle and bustle of the vibrant town centre and all it has to offer : pubs, restaurants, wonderful independent shops and an exceptional Saturday market

A mere five-minute drive or a 20-minute walk will take you to the fishing port of West Bay, famously featured in the TV series Broadchurch. Our light bright garden view annexe is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Jurassic coastline has to offer. The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

Berry Farm Cottage nestles in a private area of the grounds of Berry Farm, which dates back to the 16th century. It is located in the charming Conservation Village of Walditch, within walking distance of Bridport. The Cottage itself has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open-plan living space and is set away from the main house in its own private grounds, with 1,200sqm (0.3acres) of orchard garden, as well as an outside patio with table and chairs, with country views.

Walking distance to West Bay Harbour and into Bridport Market town. Great coastal walks and cycle trails all along the south west coastal path. Bridport Golf club is 1/2 mile away, we also have some highly rated local restaurants, bars and pubs Guests are welcome to use the gardens and our sea view decking.

There are stunning views, places to visit and plenty of walking opportunities. Cosy up for a winter break in a beautifully converted old army truck with stunning views of Lyme Bay. In the winter months you have the whole field to yourselves, so it’s perfect for a romantic getaway. There are beautiful walks in the woods up behind my holding and a lovely riverside walk to the beach, which is perfect now the holiday crowds have gone. The truck is well insulated and has a wood burning stove.
