This cosy and comfortable caravan sits permanently under shelter with an outdoor paved area. Relatively private (15 metres from the main house's outbuildings) it's surrounded by trees, gardens and rural landscapes. Interior of this retro 1980s van has been lovingly decorated with sumptuous red velvet soft furnishings and non toxic, eco paint. Basic but functional small kitchen. Comfy double bed located behind a partitioned concertina door Lounge area can convert to bunk beds for 2 kids.

A family place to get away & connect - a dam to swim, tennis court, basketball hoop and a fruit salad orchard with of seasonal fruits, veges, berries & herbs free to pick. Its a place for kids or furbabies to roam free, enjoying the cubby house, trampoline, tree house, riding bikes, go carting or playing in the forest. Blackwood River is right at your door step with plenty of walk trails and bike tracks to discover. Come meet Larry, Pebbles & Flossy our resident pet cow and sheep. They will greet you on arrival & there's even feed for their feed bucket or feed them by hand. Town's within strolling distance. The chalet is located on the edge of a 130acre paddock. There's an adjoining second chalet connected by a locked decking door. Plenty of room with everything you need for that special time away. NO Pets

Balingup Retreat in the centre of Balingup

Balingup Retreat is in the centre of town and has just been renovated. It has a large veranda that wraps around the house which is ideal to watch the sunset. It has four bedrooms, and it can sleep 6 people. It has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. It is only 50 metres from a small supermarket, two local cafes and only 5 kms from Golden Valley Tree Park and it has incredible walks surrounding the house. No pets as there are baits in the area.Linen and towels are provided.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. One pet allowed only with prior arrangement with owner. Your pet will need to be an a leash whilst outside as free range poultry and wildlife and is not to be left on property unattended by owners. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or bedding You will need to bring own bedding. On occasion two pets allowed if accommodation is not busy. Guests who bring pets without prior notice may will be asked to vacate premises.
