This second story studio is on our homes property. It has a Queen bed, bathroom and kitchen. It is nestled in the historic area of Lakeland, one block in from The "Frank Lloyd Wright" designed Florida Southern college, tours are available! Our Cobblestone streets take you to our neighborhood restaurants, the art museum, library, Hollis garden, we are between two lakes-Hollingsworth it has a great walking/running path, and Lake Morton a bird paradise. All within walking distance.

Peace and quiet on a small country farmstead. Off the beaten path yet conveniently located halfway between Disney World and Clearwater Beach. Historic Plant City, famous for their strawberry farms, has a cute downtown area with antique shops, bistros and cafes. Relax on your private back deck overlooking our organic vegetable garden. This 1/1 lakefront historic cottage, built in 1920, is separate from the main house with its own entrance, parking, front porch & beach. The queen bed and large couch sleeps 3 adults. Only 1 mile from Southeastern University and 3 miles to Florida Southern College. Kayaks and fishing poles are provided for your enjoyment during your stay. Come unwind and enjoy the lake views from the hammock and private beach!

The Strawberry Field Stilt House

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $100 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.
