Beautiful and clean home! Amazing views! We hosted our teen retreat and we all had a ball! From the grill to the fire pit, secluded basement, and breathtaking sunroom, it was amazing! Our girls had a blast! We would definitely book again!

This house is bigger than it first appears. Very clean, bright and well stocked. Every drawer was labeled so you know what is where. Firepit is fully stocked if you wanna buy some to burn. Plenty of amenities for summer but we were there in winter. Very responsive and even set up a tree for us!

Can’t say enough good things about this place or the hosts! Such a unique and beautiful home! The property is equally as beautiful. We loved staying here. The pool table and ping pong was great to unwind at night. Not only that but Christina went above and beyond during our stay; we had to change our stay dates and extend our stay. She was super responsive and kind. Would love to stay here again and could not recommend it more!

Jenn and Bob were great hosts! The lake was absolutely perfect for my family and what we were looking for. We had never heard of Lake Gaston or been to this part of NC but we are big fans now and will definitely be back. The amenities were great! Littleton is such a cute little quiet town. There were a few good restaurants close by but we enjoyed cooking most meals! We will certainly be back.

We absolutely loved Brian and Michele‘s place. The location was perfect – so close to the winery and so close to the lake. We were up here for a family gathering over Easter weekend and the entire setting really helped us achieve our Easter goals of being with family and having fun. We would definitely come back again.

I was looking for a home that could accommodate my family for a family reunion we were going to. Katie's home was PERFECT! What a beautiful location, right on the river! My family complimented this place multiple times over our 2 night stay. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the brick patio around the fire pit and looking out at the river. Such a peaceful and relaxing location. You will be so happy staying in this home!

We loved everything about our stay. From the house itself with the adorable frogs to the location on the lake, it checked all the boxes! We loved exploring in the kayak/canoe, relaxing on the back deck and watching all the boaters and jet skiers go by (they were very friendly!), doing puzzles inside, and everything in between. The house had everything we needed, which was wonderful. Tom was so quick with his responses and a great host. We would rent again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a lovely stay, Tom.

Pros: The location is great. Being on a peninsula makes it feel much more private. Very little activity or noise from other houses, which was great. The views from the sunroom and porch were fantastic and the trees in the yard provide good shade. The dock was nice and easy to access. Plenty of seating indoors and out. The bathrooms and linens were clean and seemed sanitary. In general, the place felt like a family home, in a good way. Cons: The rugs were not clean. The upholstered furniture is old and has signs of wear. Small things just didn't work right (the front storm door closing spring was not adjusted right, the primary bath door didn't close right, missing TV remote, some lamps didn't have bulbs or didn't work, SUP board full of water and had to be drained). Also, you have to take your own trash which is a buzzkill when checking out (dump was closed on the day we left so we had to carry bags of garbage in our car all the way home). Overall: Great place, great views, good value

Felt at home. Had everything we needed. Peaceful, relaxing, loved our time at the dock. Betty borrowed one of the kayaks and got out on the water. Neighbors were super. Quiet. Just what we needed. Thanks so much. Hope you let us rent from you again.

It is a nice place with lots of outdoor space. It is remote, but that is part of the charm. The host was easy to communicate with before and during the stay. A huge tree fell across the roadway leading to the house overnight (mother nature). Someone had come and cut the tree and removed the sections covering the roadway before 8 am. This is a great place if you want to be out in the woods, but just around the corner from civilization.

It was a great stay at your cabin. Wish could of enjoyed more but was a work trip. Wanted to let you know that the grill was about to catch fire when I lighted it. You need to check and see what is going on with the grill. Planning to come back again this week and tried to book again but already booked. We look forward to staying there again in the future to be able to enjoy pond and down time.

The house was very nice and well stocked for us to cook meals in the evening

Fantastic cabin in the woods. Huge back deck overlooking the water. Bedrooms were nice size and nicely decorated. There were great little touches such as a basket of chips at the door many different options for coffee, ground or keurig. Honestly it’s exactly what me and my wife are looking for when we retire.

We had great time with family and it was a perfect location. The area was very quiet!
