Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

Secret of Eden Beach House - Pet friendly WiFi E.V

Our pet friendly beach house has a seaside theme inside, with log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We have provided fibre broadband, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod for when the weather is not so great. It’s a short walk to the beach. Free EV charging for guests. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more.

The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Dragonfly Lodge

A truly one of a kind hand built, wooden cabin nestled away in the rural area of Grindale. Inside the cabin you will find a hand built bespoke double bed, a log burner, a kitchen area with everything you may need provided. With a kettle, toaster and fridge. Outside you will find a pizza oven with an outside seating area overlooking the pond. Also access to your very own private hot tub. All towels and bedding provided. We do allow one dog. Not suitable for children

Suitable for couples and small families ‘Laneside’ is a peaceful, relaxing place to stay. It has recently been refurbished and comes with wifi and smart TV. Set in the countryside, just outside Bempton village, this bungalow/cottage is close to Bempton cliffs and bird reserve. Perfectly situated near the beaches of Flamborough and Bridlington but ideal for those wanting to relax and unwind. Great for those interested in bird watching and nature.

Gorgeous Garden Retreat

A rustic cosy cabin in the grounds of our private garden. A perfect place to rest, relax and rejuvenate. Your own private access, double bed, towels, tea, coffee, kettle provided. There is a bar area to sit and relax and a secluded sun trap to catch some rays. Just a 15 minute walk to the beach and town. Lovely coastal walks close by in Sewerby and Danes Dyke. Also Bempton Cliffs Nature Reserve to see the amazing birds that gather there.

Cosy 2 bed rural retreat for both country & coast

Mill View is located in the village of Kilham an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Yorkshire Wolds , the cottage has been fully renovated for summer 2022. The perfect place to enjoy both the countryside and coast. The cottage boasts open views from the front overlooking the mill .The village offers a small shop located in the garage, a village pub and play park all within a 5 min walk.

I cannot describe how amazing the views are from my place. The lounge and both bedrooms directly overlook the beach, sea and harbour, you couldn't be closer. With the beach, town and Bridlington Spa all within a few minutes walk you won't be short of things to do. An excellent base to enjoy Bridlington or to explore the glorious coasts of East and North Yorkishire.
