We absolutely loved our stay at Jon's house! It was a pleasant surprise to walk into a house that looked bigger than the pictures! I was honestly expecting a "historical" house to be a bit rundown, but it was not! Everything was beautifully renovated and clean and just a wonderful stay all around. Jon was helpful and kind. The kitchen was well stocked with and there were even some DVDs and games which we were happy to use. All in all a beautiful stay and if we're ever in the area again this will be our first choice! We absolutely loved the history in the area. Perryville is such a sweet little town, and we were happy to be close to many historical sites.

We love this place! It's so perfectly appointed. We're a group of older women who go away together on a regular basis. 1.) We need to have enough beds that we don't have to share one (but will if its a king). No one needs to share here! We almost all get our own rooms which is incredibly wonderful!! 2.) Our mission is to get away from life for a few days and hang out together. The main living room offers plenty of seating for most - with super comfortable seats with reclining and foot rests - all circle the wood burning fireplace. Heaven! 3.) The kitchen has everything you'll need - and I say that on behalf of the 10+ plus women who have cooked for decades. 4.) Bridgette is so great with communication and responded quickly to our requests and even offered more than we asked we asked for, thank you Bridgette!!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb locations, even in many different countries and this one was even still in my top 5. This locations is very peaceful & sooo well put together. The hospitality in this house is really what makes it in my top 5. Yes it’s very cute & homey but the details Samantha has put into this house is what makes it whole! A whole closet full of high quality towels, high quality bath mat, a towel warmer, face cloths, qtips, every drinking glass you would really ever need I think I even seen a money gun in the closet with a few games ha she has a chamber of commence back ground so she gave such great detailed recommendations that make me want to come back, so with that being said we will be back 😌

We loved this place so much! So peaceful and beautiful, just wished the weather would have been better! Love the private setting yet a short ride in the country to visit Springfield and Bardstown attractions! One of our favorite places we have stayed!

This was my very first Airbnb experience! And we loved this place! It’s in the city, but once you step inside the gate you are transported to a peaceful and serene atmosphere! We felt right at home here and were a little sad to leave. We will definitely be back to stay again!! Tommy was a great host!!!

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. We had the most relaxing, peaceful trip. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was so cold we didn’t get to enjoy the many outdoor features of the property however the cozy fireplace was exactly what we needed. The couch is so comfortable perfect for winter afternoon naps. The bath and shower were so nice. The adjustable bed was an excellent touch. And the majestic river almost close enough to jump in was so peaceful to watch. Thank you so much! We plan to come back in the spring.

A lovely house in a picturesque setting! We enjoyed seeing the horses on the property and there was a grocery store 10 minutes away. If you are looking for a place for a peaceful getaway, Cuttawa House is a great choice!
