El apartamento es grande. Una sala grande en qué sentimos mucho en casa. María Fernánda reacciona rápido. La gente de la portería muy amables. Hay restaurantes y supermercados cercanos en un barrio tranquilo y seguro. Muy recomendado.

Estuvimos muy comodos y contentos durante nuestra estadia en esta propiedad, Hernan es un excelente anfitrion, anticipo nuestras necesidades siempre y se comunico con nosotros rapida y oportunamente. El apartamento es amplio, moderno, comodo y limpio, tal como se ve en las fotos y tiene todos los amenities necesarios y mas (agradecemos sobretodo el delicioso cafe colombiano). La localizacion no podria ser mejor, muy cerca hay dos estaciones de transporte publico, ademas de superpermercados, restaurantes, comercio en general y parques (muy importante para nuestra hija), todo a solo unos minutos caminando. The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable. It has all the necessary amenities and more (we appreciated the delicious Colombian coffee). It's location couldn't be better, withing walking distance you'll find two stations for public transportation, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping and parks (very important for our little daughter). Definitely will return. Thank you!

Sehr gemütliche und saubere Unterkunft mit großem Pool in einer sicheren und ruhigen Anlage. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir werden wieder kommen!

I had a great stay at Juan's place! Everything went smoothly—from check-in to check-out. The apartment looks just like the photos, and the location is super convenient—within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other spots. The security staff in the building are also very friendly and helpful. Just a heads-up for future guests (and this is totally out of the host’s control): there is a construction site at the corner right across the street, and it can get quite loud starting early in the morning. I recommend bringing some earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Other than that, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Juan!

The stay at Mauricio's place was great, he was always responsive and provided us with all details for checking in and out. We could use a parking spot inside the building, which was very useful and safe. The WiFi was very good as we needed to do some remote work. The apartment overall was ver well decorated and everything was functional. In the surroundings you can find breakfast, lunch, copyshops and more. Overall, I would definitely recommend the place!

Mi experiencia en el departamento fue excelente. Todo estaba impecable, bien organizado y tal como se describe en el anuncio. La ubicación es perfecta, y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue amable. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar y volvería a hospedarme en el futuro.

Staying at Gilberto's was a great experience. The apartment is large, comfortable, and perfectly clean. A closed development makes it safe and quiet. I loved it was perfectly clean. It had all amenities I needed including a laundry machine. Location is relatively close to the airport, but good transport links to anywhere in the city. Dedicated studio area was useful for me as I needed to work everyday. I would be glad to stay here in the future.

Regresaría sin duda al espacio de Marcela, es un apartamento bien ubicado, con todos los implementos necesarios para una estadia agradable. Viaje sola y me sentí segura en el inmueble. A pocos minutos caminando se consiguen ofertas para comer y disfrutar de buena bebida mientras se observa el día a día del pueblo. Recomendado.

Lo recomiendo muy bonito, muy cómodo y el servicio al cliente muy bueno, volvería mañana mismo si pudiera jajaja; lo único que recomendaría para futuros huéspedes es que al llegar a Paipa en waze o en Google maps busquen por el nombre del edificio y no se guíen por la dirección o el link de arbnb, ya que tiene una falla y terminas en otro lado, un tema netamente de la app y no de los anfitriones pero vale la pena mencionarlo para que no le pase a más personas.

El apartamento cumplió con nuestras expectativas, muy cómodo y limpio. Buen lugar para descansar en familia. La piscina está en buenas condiciones y siempre hay una persona pendiente . Danilo siempre muy atento y amable. Volveríamos a hospedarnos allí.
