Jay and Regina made us feel right at home after we had to move out of our home due to water damage temporarily. They were ver accommodating as we had to keep extending our stay. We are grateful for a home away from home while our repairs were being made.

Loved every minute! Can’t wait to come back to this cabin!!

This was my first AirBnB experience. Jorge’s place made it a really pleasant experience for me and my friends. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect. It was away from downtown or college area, so outside was quiet. A couple people, not the owner, live upstairs and their footsteps were bit noisy sometimes. Walking distance to an amazing walk around a small lake and view of hills with paragliders. Jean respond to questions very fast and she was very nice. I highly recommend staying her place!

We had a great stay at this home for our snowboard weekend! The location was perfect—super easy access to Eldora, and the town itself was incredibly cute with lots of charm. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was fantastic—very responsive and accommodating with any requests we had, which made our stay even smoother. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy getaway near the slopes!

Galina was great at communications! We ended up needing extra days at the front end of our trip and she was super accommodating. The place was in a great neighborhood and everything was perfect! Would stay again! Thank you so much!

Maddie was a wonderful host and we loved the place. We were a short drive into Nederland for shopping and restaurants. The view of the lake and mountains with snow (December) were stunning. The hot tub was a welcomed amenity after our hikes, skiing and snowmobiling. The house has three levels which was great to put the young parents and baby in the upper bedroom and we split the next two levels between three couples. The bottom bedroom is a suite and we were able to use it for our lively board games away from the sleeping baby (we used a monitor of course!). We definitely recommend Maddie as a host and this house to anyone visiting Nederland and the environs. Winter Park was an easy 90 minute drive and hiking options only 15 minutes away. All of this made for a perfect family vacation during Christmas.

The apartment was comfortable and the bed was cozy. It was just the right amount of space for myself (or even 2 people). The location was great because within about 15 minutes, you could get to lots of different locations including downtown boulder. It was also super close to a grocery store and some other food spots! The walls are a little thin so sometimes, you could hear the neighbors especially the ones above (a few times at 1am - I think they might work a late shift) but even with that, the place was overall very quiet and I would still recommend!

This was easily the best air bnb we have ever stayed in! The house was easy to find, clean, nicely decorated and filled with anything you could possibly need if you forgot something. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Brenda was so friendly and responded super quickly with any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering staying in the area!
