I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental property, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, everything was fantastic. The property is impeccably clean, which is a huge plus for me as someone who is germophobic—it truly exceeded my expectations. The large master bathroom was a wonderful addition, and I especially loved how dark and cozy the bedroom is, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The breathtaking views of Grand Lake are definitely a highlight! As a real estate investor, I appreciate the high standards of this property—it’s simply amazing! The convenience of having a Keurig machine is a nice touch; just remember to bring your favorite K-Cups. Plus, there’s covered parking available, adding to the overall convenience. For downtime, you'll find plenty of books to read and games to enjoy. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience! I highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a beautiful, clean, and comfortable getaway!

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first! Quiet and cozy and the beds are just like sleeping at home. Highly recommend this location when needing a large home for a trip. Our two families of five each had a great vacation here. Each level has its own bathroom and living space and plenty of room for all your gear. It is easy to walk to the ski lifts and base area, or drive and drop off skiers in just a couple minutes. The property manager is very responsive and addresses any issues promptly.

We had a fabulous stay. This is a perfect location - walkable to everything we needed. The place was clean and organized. Great size for the 4 of us. The private garage is also a bonus. No complaints, we had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our time at Jay's home. Everything we needed was available, especially important was the off street parking. That seems to be a rare commodity in the area. At first, I thought the stairs might be a problem, but it was quite the opposite. I had the opportunity to get some great exercise going up & down many times per day. Even my sister, who was just recovering from a kidney transplant was told by her Doctors that stairs would be very helpful for her recovery. Jay's neighbors were all so kind, friendly & welcoming, as was Jay whenever we communicated. If I ever have the opportunity or need to come back to Denver, I would definitely want to stay at Jay's home. Thanks Jay.

The location was quiet and walkable. I liked it because Mission Ballroom was just across the tracks. Private parking in the back was a plus! I drive an F150 truck and was able to fit. I brought my bikes and felt comfortable putting them by the back door. The path to the trail that runs along the river was fairly close, too. Overall I like this place for the $ and will definitely stay there again!

My family and I had a great time in Winter Park. Access to Lift Bus and local eating was extremely convenient. Heated pool spa and gym made it even better.

Perfect place for 2 couples and a baby. Very clean and extremely well stocked. I can’t think of a thing we wished was different. Lots of baby things, pack n play, books, toys, even a baby bathtub!! Walkable and quiet.

Great place to launch into Winter Park activities—5 mins from tubing central. Hot tub was a nice plus. 1 block from Safeway made it easy to pick up dinner after a long day out to prep for our family. Will certainly return here the next time we are in town!

Great location. Clean, comfy beds. Shawn's communication was excellent and never waiting for then a few minutes for his replies. All was "as advertised." would stay there again.

This place was perfect for our getaway in Colorado. It was super peaceful and easy to walk to get food and shop. The park across the street has plenty of dogs to see which we really loved. George was super nice and provided clear instructions. We appreciated all of the amenities and hopefully will be coming back in the future!

One of our absolute favorite Airbnb experiences ever! The space is stunning and decorated beautifully. There are cozy & warm touches balanced perfectly with the modern appliances and amenities. There were also so many thoughtful details that made our stay feel just like home, as well as some luxurious features like the fireplace and the towel warmer. The bed was incredibly comfortable & the area was peaceful and quiet despite being so centrally located. We loved the location. It was our first time in Denver and we couldn’t have been in a better area for walkability, great bars/coffee shops/restaurants and being just a short driving distance to everything else we wanted to check out. The hosts were communicative, very helpful, and quick to respond to our messages. We can’t recommend Justin & Samantha’s place highly enough and we hope to stay here again someday!

We had a great stay here for Thanksgiving week. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal in the beautiful kitchen, although I had brought some of the utensils and pans needed. Love the gas stove, and oven even has convection mode. We had our sons, who live in Denver, over to eat dinner each night, which was so fun. We took some beautiful walks around Sloan Lake which is a couple blocks walk. Overall, we had a great visit.

I had a great stay while waiting for my apartment to be ready. Easy to find and in a good location; close to things you want to be near, but far enough away the traffic doesn't affect the commute. Good sidewalks for walking the dog and quiet neighbors. The amenities like heated bathroom floor and automatic toilet made it a super luxurious stay. Kitchen was well appointed so I could cook my own meals instead of eating out

Wonderful, peaceful place. We came to town to bury my 95 year old mother. This space allowed us to be together, reminisce on the rooftop patio. Cook together in the lovely kitchen. Visit the incredible gym. And stay calm, relaxed and intentional throughout this very difficult time!

The place was as described and had everything we needed. It is centrally located to so many great things in Denver, and it’s easy to park and get in and out. For future renters: this is one of those airbnbs that’s probably not been lived in (only short term rented), so there are some finishing touches that are missing like hand towels or tissues etc, but not a reason not to stay since it has other great things like a huge TV, big couch, nice kitchen, and great rooftop. Fyi, the unit shares a wall with the neighboring unit and the layout is: the bunk room is on the basement level (downstairs from the main level), the living room and kitchen is on the main level (which is about 6 steps up from ground level). And the 2 other bedrooms are upstairs.

Danes spot was great! Roof top is great, with views of skyline and mountains! Master bedroom is really nice, great bathroom. Love the location, close enough to downtown but also close to cute neighborhoods.
