Our ranch sits at 7500' and is one of the most elevated properties in Boulder Heights; the flagstone patio and hot tub sky deck reveal unforgettable mountain vistas, large boulder fields, pine trees, and stars into infinity. Nov - May snowy/icy conditions are possible, a 4WD/AWD is necessary. Appropriate footwear w/ traction is recommended to navigate stairs/property.

We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.

Our home, located at the foot of the flatirons, is close to historic Chautauqua Park and multiple hiking & bike trails, the University of Colorado, and downtown.

Private Guest Suite & Entrance in Old Town

Enjoy our beautifully renovated historic home in Old Town Lafayette, known as the Peace Sign House. Stay in the main suite, which is completely separate from the rest of the house by a locked door. It has its own private entrance, bathroom & AC, as well as a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.

Cute hideaway in central boulder! Clean & cozy studio room with private bathroom, amenities and outdoor area. Architecturally connected to primary home with kind family. Please note: as the apartment is connected to main living area, muffled sound travels between the spaces. We honor quiet hours between 10-7. Most guests don’t find this to be an issue. As you’ll see in the photos, the Murphy bed can be folded up during the day for more space.
