This private guest suite in North Boulder is a welcoming space located on the main floor of our home (not a basement). It is a bright, clean and comfortable space. It has a separate entrance, easy parking, a kitchen and grocery close by. There are no shared spaces! We are a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You are close to the action but far enough away to have a peaceful nights sleep. We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable.

Escape to this charming basement apartment, your perfect home base for exploring Boulder, Colorado! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this stylish, private retreat offers a cozy atmosphere with modern amenities and stunning mountain views located just 6 miles from Pearl Street Mall! The house has a large, fully fenced backyard and garage gym area w/ping pong that is shared with the homeowner who lives upstairs with 2 very friendly wirehaired pointing griffon pups. Well behaved dogs are welcome!

Victoria's Guest Suite

This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

Enjoy our beautifully renovated historic home in Old Town Lafayette, known as the Peace Sign House. Stay in the main suite, which is completely separate from the rest of the house by a locked door. It has its own private entrance, bathroom & AC, as well as a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.

Located in Boulder our Airbnb offers views of the Flatirons and Bear Peak along with a quiet location and spacious back yard. The space has a private entrance, two bedrooms with one with a queen-size bed, and one full sized bed. This close in mountain retreat has great mountain, valley and sky views through two large windows.   Queen bed. Two sitting areas with great views. Wood and tile floors throughout. The apartment is the very separate walk out downstairs of my house which it has its own private entrance you can access anytime of day or night. Very quiet!
