Botany Bay : locations de vacances

This was the first time we visited STT. My children and grandchildren loved the home and pool. Safety was not a concern as it is in a gated community and the home is so comfortable with absolutely beautiful views. There is an apartment on lower level that was great for my son. There are a few steps to get to the top of main house but there is an elevator lift which we really appreciated. Great way to get baggage and groceries upstairs and used for baggage when checking out. This was a great addition that was well planned out by Cathy. We would definitely go back to this home, and it is just 2 miles from Megans Beach which you can see from the front porch. We selected this unit for Spring Break for our family of 5. We had no problem finding the complex, accessing the gate, and unit itself with the instructions provided. The views from both bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen, and the master bathroom were all stunning! The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect-close to our favorite St Thomas beach-Maghen’s Bay and close to several restaurants. It was so nice to not have to pack beach towels and chairs as well as snorkel gear and beach toys. We enjoyed our stay immensely and didn’t want to leave. There was a huge back up in security check at the airport so unfortunately, we missed our flight. We were unable to get another flight for 5 people for 2 days. I immediately called the host Megan, and fortunately, this same unit was available. She made a stressful situation less stressful and we just extended our vacation for 2 more days. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay, we loved watching the ships come in the harbor and leave at night. Very accessible to Havensight, and really anywhere else on island. We lived on St Thomas for ten years prior and were very very happy with the accommodations and the responsiveness of the hosts.

My partner and I stayed at Aaron’s place in St. Thomas for five nights, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The listing was exactly as described—if not better. The view from the property was absolutely stunning and quickly became one of our favorite parts of each day. It set the perfect tone for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The home was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. It was well-appointed with a wide variety of amenities that made our stay feel easy and comfortable—from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras that added convenience throughout the trip. Everything we needed was either available or clearly outlined in Aaron’s helpful communication. The only very minor issue we encountered was with the restroom door, which was a bit tricky to close quietly and occasionally caused a disturbance at night. That said, it was a small inconvenience in what was otherwise a flawless stay!

Amy’s place was clean and comfortable. The pullout couch was a full size for our friend who stayed 4 nights out of our 8 night trip. It was a little short in length and would be fine for children, but not for anyone tall. The air mattress in the closet was only a twin so she opted for the pullout. We have stayed at sapphire for the last 4 years. It was nice to have the two level condo this year and especially nice to have laundry in the unit. The assistant Staisha was very communicative and had quick response times for the few questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Staying at You and Me by the Sea was an incredible experience! Shannon was very responsive to any questions and was a great host. She gave recommendations before our arrival and let us check in early as well. The view from the balcony is SPECTACULAR and can be seen from the bedroom and living room area. I would definitely recommend having a car on the island, as the house is located on a steep hill. The location is perfect if you’re looking to visit St. John, as the ferry is right down the hill! There are also many beautiful beaches right in the area. I would recommend staying here, as it is a great spot and Shannon is a great host!

Loved staying at Lime Tree! We stayed at 2 places in St. Thomas. This one, and one at Sapphire Beach. Lime Tree has a more secluded beach. It's small, but beautiful. If you're more into amazing view than getting in the ocean, this is great! There are some reefs around to snorkle (rent from the shop at the resort), but other than relaxing and eating, there's not much to do immediately around. The grounds were kept very clean. I would definitely stay here again for a lazy, relaxed retreat.
