Bosphorus : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Everything was perfect! Julia was very kind and helpful from the moment we booked her place. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and has the most amazing view of the historical peninsula of Istanbul. The location is great to see historical places on foot, but also for pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants.

C’était notre premier séjour à Istanbul et nous avons adoré. L’appartement d’Ömer situé dans un endroit hors du temps dans un quartier vivant et pittoresque mais, en même temps l’éloigné du bruit de la ville, nous a charmé. Nos délicieux moments passés sur le balcon avec vu sur le Bosphore et sur l’église grecque orthodoxe se Sainte Marie resteront à jamais gravés dans nos mémoires. L’appartement est tel que sur la photo, cosy et spacieux. Il y règne une atmosphère incroyable. L’électroménager et la literie sont de qualités et la salle de bain, bien qu’un peu spartiate, est très agréable. Les côtés et les escaliers qui montent et les trois étages sont vite oubliés une fois à l’intérieur. À recommander sans hésiter!

Wij zijn een gezin van 6 met 4 tiener kids. Wij hebben meer ruimte nodig dan een doorsnee hotelkamer wanneer we meerdere dagen in een stad zijn. Het appartement was op dat vlak super. Het app ligt in een leuke wijk, heel centraal en heeft een fantastisch zicht op de Bosphorus en Aziatische kant. Het app is ruim, heeft 2 slaapkamers met een dubbel bed en 1 slaapkamer met een enkel bedje waar je onderaan nog eens een onderkant kan uittrekken om nog een slaaphelft te maken maar dat zijn erg dunne matrassen. Onze zoon heeft op een matras op de grond geslapen. De staat van het appartement was iets minder dan ik had verwacht. Je ziet schade van vocht, een brandje die er moet geweest zijn, de ramen en deuren naar het terras sluiten wel af maar lijken makkelijk open te breken. Ik had wel een beetje schrik dat men makkelijk via terras binnen kon komen. Toegang tot het app ENKEL via heel veel trappen, meer dan 150. Niet met auto bereikbaar. Heel leuk verblijf maar telkens al die trappen...

This is a wonderful place from which to enjoy the very best that Cihangir, Beyoglu, and Istanbul have to offer: a beautiful side street in the city's most charming neighborhood, spectacular views of the Bosporus/Golden Horn and Old City, and a very charming, well-proportioned, and designed apartment. Check-in was also excellent—I would very gladly stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Ebru’s place! The apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed. It’s situated in a prestigious area of Istanbul, in a quiet and cozy building. Ebru was absolutely wonderful, checking in on us and ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Well, dear Ebru, my time at your place was truly one of my best Airbnb experiences!

Bu ev gerçekten cennetten bir köşe. Çok keyifli, çok sıcak, her türlü imkan mevcut. 4 yetişkin rahatlıkla konaklayabilir. Evin meyve ağaçlarıyla dolu çok şirin bir bahçesi var. Hem bahçede, hem balkonda yemeklerinizi yiyebileceğiniz masalar var. Ev çok merkezi bir yerde, iskeleye sadece birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesi var, ama yatak odaları bahçeye bakıyor ve evin içi çok huzurlu ve sessiz. Evde ütüden kahve makinalarına kadar ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey mevcuttu. Bahar aylarında evin bahçesi dünyanın en güzel yeri olabilir. Biz sonbaharda konakladık, ama baharda tekrar geleceğiz. Heybeliada’da konaklamak istiyorsanız, gerçekten fazla uzağa gitmenize gerek yok. Son olarak, ev sahibi çok nazik ve yardımsever biri, balkondaki bisikleti kullanmamıza ve bahçeden nar toplamamıza izin vererek bize harika bir ev sahibi oldu, kusursuz bir deneyimdi bizim için.

The apartment was great. Amazing location and the flat was spacious. Cüneyt was really helpful and responsive. The apartment is semi-basement but you have access to the shared deck. Really great stay. No oven or microwave, but the stove was enough for my needs. Thank you!

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Tout était parfait ! J'étais ici pour du télétravail et le bureau était idéal, avec une belle lumière naturelle. L'appartement est très agréable, on s'y sent vraiment comme à la maison. Tout est fonctionnel, confortable et bien pensé. L'emplacement est également excellent, très central et pratique pour explorer la ville. Franchement, c'est le meilleur appartement que j'ai eu à Istanbul ! Je recommande vivement

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

It was a real pleasure to stay at your place during our visit to Istanbul. The place is very nice and very clean, and there’s all we needed during our stay. Very close to everything shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions just 5min walk to the blue mosque and hagia Sofia mosque. The place has two floors and makes it like two apartments in one and this was great for us, we stayed in one floor with the kids and gave the second floor to my mom and my niece who came with us. The host was very professional, polite and very helpful. He provided a great service he organised the taxi for us from and to the airport and even walked us through the nearby area and showed us the better shops and restaurants and the different shortcuts to get to centre. Thanks a million for everything and we really appreciate!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit dem Blick auf das Schwarze Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns wie zur Familie zugehörig gefühlt, denn die Eltern von Feyza sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit!

First of all, I would like to thank the owners of the house for their warm welcome. The house is very wonderful, but it is only suitable for one or two people because it is small. However, it is a very quiet and beautiful place. It was in a neighborhood that had everything you needed, whether a supermarket, restaurants, or cafes, and it was close to Ortakoy Beach. I will definitely return to it again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate and very well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The view of the sea was simply breathtaking. The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was exactly as described in the listing.

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

What team was excellent through and through. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Benny ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Er hat uns persönlich empfangen und sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Das Apartment liegt perfekt für einen Besuch von Istanbul. Obwohl sehr nahe an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße ist es ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle ist sehr nahe, so dass wir überall sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hinkommen konnten. Die Gegend ist noch eher einfach, das Apartment fällt hier sehr positiv auf. Das Apartment ist über eine etwas enge Treppe zu erreichen und liegt auf zwei Etagen. Unten sind zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette, oben befindet sich ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Très bonne communication avec Dilek. Tout était simple, fluide et rapide. L’appartement est superbe et tout à fait fidèle à la description. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je le recommande vivement !

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.
