The apartment has an excellent location – there is a 5 minutes walk to the Old Town, and Banje Beach is 2 minutes away, descending the stairs. There are two bedrooms, one with the sea view, and the other with pull out sofa bed and pull out chair. Air conditioned. Fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Terrace with a table and a view of the Old Town. Self-check in. Luggage can be left in a locked storage before or after check in at 2PM / check out at 10AM.

Best View P&K Apartment is situated in one of Dubrovnik’s most desirable neighborhoods—Zlatni Potok—just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and Banje Beach. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the City Walls and Lokrum Island. Please note that, due to the steep stairs in this residential area, the property may not be suitable for guests over 60 unless they are in good physical condition.

We are renting this flat in very close vicinity of the Old Town and Banje beach. It's about 10 minute walk to the Old Town and no more than 5 minute to the closest beach. The apartment is very spacious and has about 100 square meters. You'll love it.
