Set in the rolling hills of the Chilterns 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' & close to the stunning Ashridge Estate. 10 min drive to Berkhamsted. Explore beautiful walks on the doorstep or take a 2 min stroll up to the Amaravati Buddhist monastery for meditation. The Harry Potter Studio Tour is 20 min drive away or settle in at the award winning Alford Arms pub in the nearby village.

Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog (doggie is not there during the summer break) ;-)) The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette /it is very basic - not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors You can smoke outside

Welcome to Crail Cottage in Datchet. Surrounded by beautiful greenery, there is plenty of wildlife and the River Thames is just behind the house. Take a walk to Windsor and Eton via the home park or the riverside. You can even walk to Eton through the school grounds from here. Our little studio is freshly decorated and welcomes you to stay. There is a new addition which is a King size bed with Hypnos mattress that will guarantee you a good night sleep. Perfect to relax after a busy day.

Cosy 1-bed annexe in the Chilterns

Stonehouse annexe is a self-contained extension within a 350 year old Grade 2 listed property. Potten End is situated just outside the perimeter of Ashridge Estate, with the lovely town of Berkhamsted 5 minutes' drive away. The village has two pubs, a village store-cum-café, and Berkhamsted has many quality pubs and restaurants. The main house is lived in by Trevor, and Graham lives a few miles away. We are both keen cyclists and walkers and can offer guidance about the local area.

Cosy private self contained annex attached to home is perfect for business or pleasure. The whole place is yours; kitchen, lounge, bathroom, bedroom and patio area. 1 Parking space provided. The property is driving distance to the industrial area, to town, bars & restaurants or a short walk/drive to main railway lines to London. Adjoining our period home in peaceful Oxhey Village, The Pad is a great place to unwind. There’s free Wi-Fi and off-street parking. And should you need it, EV charging is also available. At The Pad, you’ll be just 10 minutes’ walk from Bushey Station (17 minutes to London Euston). And there are three Underground stations within a 13-minute drive. For fans of the schoolboy wizard, Harry Potter World is just 18 minutes by car. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed & travel cot & or hi chair if required. For pets we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.
