Es mi segunda vez que paso al alojamiento de Ezra, lo recomiendo mil veces, está muy céntrico de todo boquete, es muy cómodo el apartamento.

Perfect place to have a good rest and enjoy all the facilities of the place beach,. restaurant, fitness, .. I didnt get to see the surrounded outside the complex. Beautiful balcony with ocean view, well equipped, very nice host! I recommand for sure

A lot of effort has obviously been put into this place and there were just so much attention to detail, such as different pillows of different thickness so you can choose, a USB charger next to the bed, mosquito repellent and a very well equipped kitchen. We had absolutely everything we needed. Moreover, Alyssa was very communicative and exceptionally helpful. Most highly recommended!

nos encantó el lugar. Todo estaba a 10 minutos en auto. Nuestro último día olvidamos un pasaporte y el Host fue tan amable de comunicarse con nosotros y llevarlo donde nos encontrábamos. 100% recomendado

Cute apartment, right on the beach! Gorgeous sunsets. Very comfortable with AC, wifi, fridge, washing machine, and hot water. Bedrooms are on the smaller side. Water is not potable, so you will need to bring water or fill a bottle/tank in nearby Guarumal.

Accesible, céntrico, cerca de un mini super donde te podias abastecer de compras. Check in sin problema una hora antes de lo programado. Muy limpio y ordenado

Located just outside the town, so away from the noisy nightlife, but a bus stop just by the building and located on a busy highway so traffic is noisy, but fans help drown it out. Both the caretakers and the owners were exceptionally responsive to any request we had. Because we were staying longer term we needed a few kitchen essentials that were supplied immediately and with a smile...

Check in was very easy. The place was clean, had comfortable beds and a small kitchen. We were able to easily walk to get groceries and go to restaurants. Carlos, the caretaker, was attentive to any questions we had. It was a very enjoyable stay!

estoy muy impresionado de la exactitud de lo que se ofrece versus lo que recibimos durante estos días. La ubicación es inmejorable y encima de eso en la parte baja del apartamento hay un mini súper de chinitos con todo lo que se necesita para no tener que moverse a un supermercado. La zona aledaña al edificio es muy tranquila pacífica y agradable. hay una plaza cercana donde hay muchos locales importantes como Novey, Arrocha Todo a Dólar, Little Caesars, etc.

Excellent place to drain away your stress. Breathtaking views, pristine pool, safe apartment building and extremely friendly staff. No shopping malls, no clubs, just relaxing atmosphere. Three restaurants on the main beach open 11:30-18:30 and serve basic yet tasty food. Ocean is warm, safe to walk all hours of the day or night and the pool is wonderful. Loved the public spaces offered by the apartment complex. This is a place to unwind and relax. Bring all your groceries and drinking water, the shops are 20-30 min away. But I loved it. Buses run regularly to David, so you are not stranded. Las Olas resort walking distance with a nice restaurant as well. I loved everything. My dog loved it and there were trash cans everywhere for my poop bags. Loved the showers to clean up after a swim in the ocean or before getting into the pool. Having toilets next to the pool was appreciated.

I highly recommend Edward’s condo! This was our second extended stay here, and my girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Playa Barqueta. Edward is incredibly friendly and always quick to respond whenever we needed assistance. The exceptional hospitality we received from him truly made our stay unforgettable. For us, this place was perfect. It’s conveniently close to David City, yet still offers a peaceful and private atmosphere. The community is small, there are no beach vendors, and there’s a resort along with three local restaurants just a short distance away. The beachfront apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a long and comfortable stay. The balcony offers stunning sunset views, where I was lucky enough to spot whales and dolphins a few times, as well as witness daily turtle releases. We can’t wait to come back!

La verdad muy buen alojamiento, tranquilo y espacioso para pasarla en familia. Tuvimos la dicha que los vecinos no estaban por lo que tuvimos toda la villa para nosotros solos jaja de verdad es muy relajante. La piscina perfecta y la atención del Sr. Orlando muy buena. Solo recomendaría mejorar la limpieza del apartamento pero igual esta excelente por el precio que se pago.
