Great host, great apartment. Will be back next week

The location of the flat is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Town. Edinburgh Castle is a short walk away and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable, everything was clean and all the necessary appliances were available, including a washer/dryer. Mr. Shahid is an excellent host, he had all the information available in a binder inside the flat and he was quick to help us with anything we needed. It was our first time booking an Airbnb and we were beyond satisfied! We recommend it without a doubt!

Jonny was an excellent host, attentive communication, great local knowledge and picked us up from the station. The unit is an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh and well placed to walk to pubs, restaurants and other shops. The views of Salisbury Crags are stunning!

Een appartement dat oor een groep golfers geweldig is. Vier kamers met en-suite badkamers. Een goede living met grote TV. In het centrum van Gullane. Alles voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Omdat er geen huurders waren de dag ervoor, konden wij al om 09.00 uur het appartement in. Dat hebben wij zeer op prijs gesteld.

I felt like a celebrity in this beautiful and quiet flat, right off the main action of Edinburghs center. The bed was comfy and had sparkling white sheets. The bathtub was just perfect for a soak after all the walking we did. The kitchen set up was perfectly stocked with tea, coffee and breakfast essentials, plus or host gave us great info on local shops for any other needs. We got the inside scoop on some of the best local restaurants and bars. Oh! And a jar of homemade Scottish Shortbread greeted us on our arrival! Absolutely worth every penny, and every step it takes to get to the flat. I didn't want to leave this chic little jewel in Edinburgh.

Pauline est accueillante et attentionnée. Son appartement est grand, bien disposé, propre et bien équipé. L’arrivée sera encore plus agréable dès que les travaux de rénovation de la cage d’escalier (travaux qui sont en cours) seront terminés ! Brilliant location with great links to public transport, shops near by and Laura gave great instructions and the amenities and apartment were more than adequate for our stay! Highly recommend

Super logement, spacieux et bien équipé. Nous avions choisi ce logement pour ses volumes, sa jolie vue sur mer et son parking privé. Nous étions 6 et avons apprécié les deux salles de bains. Tout était parfait. Je recommande !

What a wonderful stay! Nestled in Stockbridge with pubs and coffeeshops only a stones throw away this was a great find. Don't stay up on Royal Mile where the tourist are thick and the atmosphere is loud. Stockbridge is a much calmer place to enjoy Edinburgh as so many things are only a short walk away. Be sureto take the Water of Leith walkway for beautiful pics and visit the botanical gardens.

Samantha's home was beautiful, the photos dont do it justice! would highly recommend! very central and ideal for our family's stay. Will definitely book again when next through in Edinburgh

Me and my friends stayed at Lee’s place for one night and enjoyed it a lot. The place was clean and cosy with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and the living room was a good place to hang out. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

there are no words for how beautiful! the location is absolutely perfect. the building itself was beautiful, it was so hard to say goodbye! the host was wonderful and i’d recommend anyone who’s visiting to stay there!

Annie's place was wonderful. The flat was in a great location, easy walking distance to old City Edinburgh (20 min or so). It was nice to be staying outside of the city business! Excellent local cafes, restaurants and shops! Annie was very responsive to questions and provided great recommendations as we were visiting from the states. We would stay again and would highly recommend!

First of all, Ryan let me drop my bags at the flat around 11A, which was SO nice, and opened up my options for day #1 sightseeing. The flat is in a great location: away from the hubbub of Princes Street (where I spent the first two nights due to a change in plans, and don’t get me wrong, Princes Street is great, but it’s hopping), but 11 stops (22 min) on the 10 bus from Princes Street, if that’s where you’re headed. Two highlights: 1) The laundry game here is STRONG, including a descending drying rack in the laundry room which I’m 100% going to copy as soon as I get home. 2) GREAT shower. I used the tub mat, because if I fall in the shower, it’s going to be bad. 3) Convenience store across the street, Lidl (grocery) within a mile walk. Take your bag to both, as a reminder (I had to run back across the street). Thanks, Ryan. I hope to be back next year for the Edinburgh curling tournament. John

Mark went above and beyond with his communication and he made sure that we were settled in and had everything we needed. His place was in a great location, so close to all the major sight-seeing locations. It was spacious, clean, and had great accommodations. I loved how the kitchen had variety of teas, Nespresso, the wide arrangement of spices and a bunch of other amenities that just made us feel at home. definitely recommend this place for anyone that wants a comfortable stay that's in the heart of Eidenburgh:)

Great place for a stopover travelling up to Shetland. Lovely walks from the door. Comfortable annex would stay again.

We had a great stay at Ollie's apartment in April 2025. It's very close to Haymarket station, and all the amenities you need are on the doorstep. The flat is clean, tidy and secure, and it was great to be able to use the pool next door. We'd love to stay again!

Alan is a friendly host, and was very helpful when we needed anything. The place was super clean, the room was a perfect size for 2 people. The area is good, with groceries stores around and a couple of buses that take you central in 25-30mins. Overall, really enjoyed my stay!

A great base for golf at Gleneagles and the surrounding area. Really comfortable apartment with all you need for self catering. Spot on communication from the hosts made for straightforward check in and out. Would happily recommend.

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

Ollie is very friendly and good host... He inform us about everything in good time, lovely flat and good area... Recomend!
