Honestly one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed. It is spotlessly clean. The gardens we over looked were beautiful and we loved watching the birds feed. Roy has thought of everything you need to have a perfect stay and we will definitely be returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Katarina's apartment. She was an informative and responsive host. The apartment was light and airy, and spotlessly clean and tidy. Castle Road was quiet and funky. Would recommend and will be back!

Excellent accommodation and exactly what we needed to be in the centre of Shanklin. Terry the owner was an excellent host and always contactable via email. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the Isle of Wight.

Our Stay was lovely! Flat was just as described, well equipped with everything we needed and more. The flat was very clean, organised and the hosts were kind enough to meet us at check in! Location was perfect and we took up the host’s recommendations for dinner 10/10! Highly recommend!

Marie was such an accommodating host, and so thoughtful! She proactively asked if any children were coming, if we needed any special requirements, and even left an Easter egg along with goodies for us on arrival ❤️ The apartment is very close to the station, but very peaceful inside. Felt at home right away. Plenty of games available - kids loved their first taste of Twister! Thanks again!

Great location! Took the family to see Arundel Castle which is very close to the Flat. We were able to park right out front. The center of town is a short walk from the flat so it's easy access for dining out and enjoying a stroll through this wonderful town. The flat was clean and everything worked well.

Absolutely stunning property, super modern and very clean! Michael was fantastic start to finish. Super easy instructions to find & check in. Any questions we had over the weekend he would respond very quickly We didn’t want to leave! 5* will definitely be staying again

We were extremely lucky to have found Olive House. Everything in the house are just perfect or even better than described. Kimberly the Host was incredibly thoughtful and friendly. We were greeted by a vase of beautiful roses and a box loaded with bread, jam, chocolates and chips and useful sightseeing information. There was even supply of fresh milk and butter in the fridge. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed, including a bottle of cooking oil, salt, sugar, pepper, teabags and coffee pods. The appliances are like new. All very clean, modern and function perfectly. The coffee machine even comes with a milk frother! A B&O Bluetooth speaker stands by for us to use. The house is spotlessly clean, spacious and stylishly decorated. The kitchen, the living room and the en-suite bedroom all enjoy nice river views and we can see beautiful sunrise. It’s extremely quiet and we all had good sleep. I’d definitely recommend Olive House.

We descended on Niall’s property for a book club weekend, after reading Northanger Abbey and wanting to visit Jane Austen’s house (approx 20min drive away). The house was so remote and peaceful, an expansive garden with beautiful views. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the living room was perfect for a comfy chat. We did have a few issues which were all speedily resolved by a friendly, proactive host. All in all, a fabulous weekend.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view! Extremely comfortable, clean and well stocked. Everything you could need is there. Rosie provided clear check in instructions and we appreciated the box of goodies she left. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back!

Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

We stayed across the 2 apartments as we had a big family get together. The location was perfect for access to the beach and high street. The balcony was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't use it much as the weather wasn't great. The kitchen, living area in flat B was perfect for us all to be able to eat and relax in. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and with plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for our stay.

Rock pools is a superb flat for a holiday in Seaview. A stone’s throw from the beach and a lovely sea wall walk into the village and cafes of Seaview. Flat is so well equipped for a small family or as we were an elderly mum and daughter visiting family. I would thoroughly recommend staying here in this lovely bright, clean and spacious flat with all mod cons for a holiday needed and finished to a high quality. Katie is so friendly and responsive to all queries and a great host! Many thanks .

The entrance is in the road called deanery close where there is a car park at the end of the road. The apartment however is beautiful inside, clean, airy, and quite. I really enjoyed my stay there. I did have a problem to start with but Andrew sorted it out immediately, and was very apologetic. I highly recommend this place and will be saving it in my favourites for a future place to stay.

Fantastic Airbnb, great communication throughout the process and the flat was extremely well equipped. Wouldnt hesitate to stay back there again if I was in the area.

Excellent with kitchen supplied with basics, which were not expected. Spacious facility. Towels, linen, bedding all excellent. Easy to get to Portsmouth tourism highlights and in a quiet neighbourhood.

Deborah was the perfect host, and responded within minutes to queries and there was a lovely welcome pack at the apartment when we arrived. It was such a lovely relaxing space and the apartment looked very clean and new. The outdoor space was great for the kids, really safe and contained! And the view was amazing. We loved being able to use the back gate to get onto the cliff path and we were down at the beach in 5 minutes. Lots of lovely cafes between sandown and shanklin and plenty to do along the pier and gardens. We will definitely be back, it was such a quiet convenient location to be able to see the island or just get to the beach easily

The apartment was absolutely wonderful and located in a beautifully quiet area with wonderful views. Sherryn was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Communication was clear and Sherryn was very quick to respond to any messages. The kitchen was spotless and had everything that we needed. I can't recommend the apartment enough. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed exploring the rock pools. The perfect location for a weekend break!
