Liz’s place was absolutely perfect, exactly what we were after for our family trip away. The location is superb and the house is comfortable and welcoming. Liz is a really fantastic host who always responded quickly, recommended things to do and places to go and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home. She even left us and our sons lovely welcome gifts which really made us smile. Overall a star find and I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Well what can I say apart from perfect! I booked this to propose to my fiancé due to the coziness, setting and back ground and boy did it not disappoint! The surrounding area is phenomenal and so pretty with all the wildlife right at your door step. The room itself is perfect and you could stay there for days without needing to leave. Tracy has everything you need covered from pots and pans, to cleaning products all the way to fresh milk, butter and jams. If you need anything else shops aren’t too far either. The bath is perfect and one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever been in, the little bathroom is also amazing and far more space than first seems. The shower is lovely too! The bed is very very comfortable and with extra pillows as standard it’s even better. The whole room is decorated perfectly. The hot tub, BBQ and log burners are also a massive benefit and make it the perfect relaxing getaway! Tracy is just amazing and we can’t wait to go back again, you won’t regret it!

WOW! What a phenomenal villa in Margate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and quite honestly did not want to leave! Beautiful interior, extremely clean! Birthday banners and balloons for my partner and even a complimentary bottle of Prosecco! Host went above and beyond to make this trip special. We can’t wait to visit again, thank you!

Wendy is a lovely and very hospitable person, she makes you feel instantly welcomed and at ease. Her dog honey is an amazing addition and as is karen who has some amazing recommendations and is a lovely hostess. We unfortunately had to leave early due to family issues but would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to visit that area

We stayed just for one night but had a lovely time. The place is very spacious and quiet, it’s clean and tidy. Location-wise it’s right in the centre of town and near the beach, so it was perfect. Olga and igor were responsive and kindly let us check in a bit earlier to drop off our stuff, which hugely helped us out. The only issue is that people have a habit of parking outside the house, right next to the front door. It was a struggle to get the buggy inside on a few occasions. Other than that, brilliant stay with good hosts!

Was like a home away from home, had everything we needed. Even better it looked from the photos. It was so spacious, warm and cosy. Nice walk to the sea front.

An amazing house, spotless and great for our mum/daughter weekend. Claire was amazing - never had to wait long for a response and very helpful from the point of booking and check-out. Thank you for letting us use your home!
