We spent a relaxing week in the East End and had a fantastic time. Check-in was a breeze, and our room was clean and cozy. The view from the back porch was stunning. Sandra was wonderful, always ready to answer our questions and provide great recommendations on where to eat. She was incredibly flexible and understanding when, just a few days before our trip to the Caymans, the weather forecast showed a possible hurricane. We considered rescheduling our flight, but in the end, we enjoyed great weather. Highly recommend!

WOW! This property exceeded our expectations. Our family needed peace and quiet desperately and this condo totally delivered. The interior was very comfortable and spacious. The views are stunning. Most days, for several hours at least if not the entire day, we had the pool and the beach to ourselves. We enjoyed being away from the chaos and crowds of a hotel on Seven Mile Beach. We also enjoyed spending half as much! Every meal we went out for was amazing: Over the Edge, Tukka East End, Rum Point and Kaibo. We are hooked on the North Side experience and can’t wait to visit again.

This was JUST what we were looking for! Quiet and serene, and steps from the ocean! We snorkeled during the day and kayaked the bioluminescent bay at night! Every accommodation was thought of: ice, water, extra blankets, fans, etc. Honestly - it was everything we could have hoped for and then some! We can’t wait to come back again!!

The place was amazing and Louise is extremely responsive. We loved our stay. The place is really nice and clean and decorated so nicely. We would love to go back!

A good value option away from the endless condo blocks along Seven Mile Beach. A really generously sized apartment with stunning views from the living room and patio to the sea. Basics are all provided and a nice quiet patio to sit on. Some road noise at night as the bedrooms are on the front towards the road, so ear plugs will give you a peaceful night’s sleep. Hosts give you the space to really relax away from the main tourist areas but 5 minutes walk to the beach if you want that. Easy to access areas with a hire car. We enjoyed snorkelling at Starfish Point and on one of the trips to swim with the Stingrays. Ocean Frontiers who were great. A very relaxing place to stay.

We had an amazing stay in Grand Cayman as a couple with our 4-year-old son. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious, comfortable, and extremely well equipped – everything we needed to feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable, which made our nights restful after days of exploring. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and appliance you could possibly need, making it really easy and enjoyable to cook during our stay. We also really appreciated how easy it was to keep the apartment clean, thanks to the professional-grade washer and dryer, the Dyson vacuum, and all the cleaning supplies provided. Julie was an incredibly kind and helpful host, always available and happy to give us tips and advice throughout our stay. Every morning, we could enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the balcony, which made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Nous avons adoré cette maison dans un coin plus tranquille de l’île. Tout était très propre, bien équipés, petits plus comme glacière, chaises et sèche-cheveux. Une voiture est essentielle pour accéder aux nombreuses plages publiques. Bien qu’on ait accès à l’eau à partir de l’appartement, vous préférerez sans doute cette option à cause des algues. Nous recommandons Rum Point en fin de journée, nous avons vu des raies à partir de la plage face au Cayman Kayaks et de belles étoiles à StarfishPoint. (moins coûteux que les forfaits bateaux). La plongée dans cette section de l’île vaut le détour et le dive shop Océan Frontier à 5 min est très professionnel. Pensez à faire des courses à Savannah en chemin. Nous avons aimé la bannière Foster’s. (Attention fermés le dimanche). Nous n’avons pas rencontré Patricia, mais la communication était très facile et courtoise. Pour nous le véritable plus de cette location est le coin hamac sous les palmiers avec vue sur l’océan! Merci :)

Our stay at Rum Haven was perfect in every way! Excellent location right across the road from the beach and beach bar while also offering a secluded back porch and yard on the bay. We snorkeled at the Pier seeing turtles and stingrays, and of course many fish. The beach was lovely and had shade if needed, along with the amenities of the Rum Point Beach Bar as needed. The bathrooms there were exceptional BTW. Rum Point is a bit of a drive from the airport, but worth it for the peace and quiet of the area. We did drive back to seven mile beach for a morning and did not regret seeing it and the gorgeous beach and water there. We took the villa provided beach chairs to Govenors Beach public parking - easy access at no cost. The villa had everything we needed. It was larger than we expected and was thoughtfully decorated. When we were delayed by a day due to airline disruptions, we were offered an extra day at the back end as nobody was booked for that time - what a nice gesture! Bei

The home and location were really nice. The North Side of the island is pretty far from everything which is nice if you want quiet, you'll have the whole beach to yourself. There are a few decent restaurants within 10 minutes. Most activities are 30-45 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay, but 1.5 hours of driving every day to and from activities got kinda old after a few days. If you plan to spend most of your time at the house/beach/pool this is a great place to stay.

If you are looking for the PERFECT place to stay in Grand Cayman then look no further than this absolutely amazing property. The house was pristine, the location was perfect and it was a very quiet neighborhood. Peter is a genuinely kind and caring host and we felt right at home. We were there for 10 days and loved every minute of our stay. Peter recommended Calypso Grill in West Bay and it was one of the best dining experiences that we’ve ever had while on vacation. Thank you Peter! We will be back!

Great place- peaceful and lots of areas to hang out- great screened porch. Lots of games- beautiful to be on the ocean- pool not huge but good to cool off. Restaurant recommendations were great. The kitchen is well stocked. The host was very responsive. Nice to have 3 bathrooms for our group! Thank you for a great vacation!

Nice spacious place for two people. We only had one minor issue with an unintentionally locked door and Shellie was immediately responsive and had it fixed within an hour. the place was well equipped with everything needed. Weather was windy while we were there but that's not their fault. Great communication!

We had a wonderful stay at Whispering Cay. The house and surrounding area is as beautiful as the photos! Mitzie has great information about the local area and things to do. The final touch is the amazing rum cake waiting for you when you arrive at the house.

Great location! So much to do right there either a short walk or drive away. With a car you have easy access to the Crystal Caves, the Botanical Garden and everything on the east side. (Don’t miss the parrot sanctuary!) The house itself is perfect! You can tell that the owners use the house themselves as the kitchen is well equipped. The lanai makes dining a pleasure. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

The property was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful beachfront, well stocked kitchen, living areas with comfortable seating, comfortable beds. Hosts were highly responsive and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We took advantage of the kayak and snorkeling equipment that are included. The entire home is exceptionally clean and spacious. Hope to return someday!

To make a long review short, well worth the money. It's a huge house, it could comfortable sleep 6-8 people and not be crowded. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Every time we needed something, even things you wouldn't expect like a coffee bean grinder. toaster oven, or snorkel, it was there. The sandy beach was maybe 20 yards to the East. It's worth the price. Would go back again and again.

My husband and I stayed in Jayne's condo to celebrate my 60th birthday. I booked it a year in advance, and looked forward to it all year. It surpassed all of our expectations! The view is gorgeous, the condo has everything you need, there were always available beach chairs and umbrellas, and Jayne's recommendations were great! The water is so clear, and the temperature and weather were perfect. Jayne's condo looks just like the pictures, and is centrally located on the island. The condo is right on the water, with a perfect balcony where we enjoyed breakfast and gorgeous sunsets. The condo is in a secluded and quiet area, but you can access more energy by taking a 5 minute walk to the Kimpton for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Jayne was so thoughtful and left a bottle of champagne in the fridge to enjoy on my birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Suladda's place which was right on the Seven Mile beach. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk to great restaurants and a nearby supermarket. But the real highlight was stepping out the door directly onto the beach, where we enjoyed peaceful mornings and stunning sunsets every day. When the sea was a bit too choppy, the quiet and well-maintained pool offered a perfect alternative. The entire property was clean and comfortable, and everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to book this fantastic flat again—and if you're considering it, don't think twice. You won’t regret it!

This place was perfect for what we needed and wanted for our trip! We really enjoyed how secluded it was but also how close it was to Rum Point! The place was incredibly clean. Beach towels, chairs and cooler were used daily and it was nice to be able to wash and dry swimsuits and towels while there! Natalie was very responsive and helpful when we had questions and even had her husband drop off an extra blanket! Our kids loved the pool and we loved being able to walk out to the water each morning! My only complaint was the wind while we were there!

We absolutely loved our time here. Be sure to bring plenty of money to accommodate your travel needs re: taxi, shuttle, water taxi services. The coffee shop was awesome for a quick breakfast, and we enjoyed the dinners at Kaibo. The place was so perfect for us, never crowded, friendly people, definitely worth it! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s! As other reviews have mentioned, the construction was really not a bother to us at all. We made great use of the kitchen and dining area. Everything was clean and the natural lighting was great. Some of the islands best snorkeling is right outside of the condo! We saw cuttlefish and a barracuda. Highly recommend this place!

Its our 2nd time staying at Craig’s place. He’s a great host. Everything always in immaculate condition. The sunrise at the condo on the patio is breath taking drinking coffee! We Love it.

The condo at Sunset Cove was just perfect for our family of 3! Our 8 year old loved swimming in the pool and the ocean. There were lots of kids to play with and everyone was so friendly! I would recommend bringing a float with you to use in the pool. Having the swim up bar/restaurant was so great. The food was delicious for bar food. It is walkable enough especially for the price. Super clean, quiet, beds are comfortable. We will be back!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We loved the view from the kitchen/living room right out to the ocean. It had everything we needed to be able to cook some meals at the condo during our stay. The pool was big with plenty of room for everyone who wanted to enjoy it. And we also enjoyed having access into the water right in front of the condo- we were able to snorkel the ship wreck a few times. The outdoor shared patio’s were also great to have access to and watch the sunset from. We appreciated having access to the washer and dryer as well. They also have beach chairs, small cooler and other beach supplies if you need them- which is great so you don’t have to travel with those items or rent them. There was construction going on at the large building beside the condos - it didn’t bother us too much because we were always out and about during the day exploring. Parking is tight, so a smaller car is best - we backed into the spot which was much easier to get in/out. Loved this place!
