Mi familia y yo pasamos una noche en el departamento, es espacioso y perfecto para viajes familiares. Las instrucciones son claras para llegar al lugar. Cuenta con estacionamiento en caso de que hayas rentado automóvil. El aeropuerto esta prácticamente cerca (15 min).

First and foremost, the courtyard is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. You hear birds and not much else. We loved the pool and patio area where we spent at least an hour a day lounging and playing cards. Directly outside the back gate is a cute café that opens early everyday! The Malecon and the famous El Conde street is a short walk away. The appartment itself is large, beautiful and comfortable. You cannot ask for a anything better. Thank you again Jorien for a great weekend. We will be back!

I love natural sunlight and there was plenty in the apartment. The host responded quickly to all questions. We even decided to stay 2 more nights which she quickly accepted. Loved that the elevator took you right to the door and the garage parking was also super convenient. Over all we really enjoyed our stay.

Im großen und ganzen eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Man benötigt aber aufjedenfall ein Auto um etwas zu unternehmen! wir waren sehr Privat und wurden durch einem Mitarbeiter vor Ort immer bestens unterstützt.

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

Este lugar nos sorprendió a mi y a mi familia. No esperamos encontrar un lugar tan cómodo con la playa frente a la casa. La pasamos todos excelente. La atención de las personas que cuidan el lugar es 1A muy complacidos. Gracias por la bonita experiencia!

What a dreamy place! The decor was beautiful and the view was to die for! They had an amazing grilling area with a big table overlooking the water. Very private and peaceful. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. We are definitely going back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The attention to detail—from the comfy bed to the well-stocked kitchen—really made it feel like a home away from home. Maria was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, offering great local tips and making check-in a breeze. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

El apartamento es hermoso, fácil de ubicar, es muy limpio, agradable y bien equipado.

Excellence apart. Para alojarce, muy limpio, centrico, apoca distacia de la Ciudad Colonial, muchos restaurants cerca. Lo recomiendo 100%. En mi proxima vacaciones volveria a escojer ese lunar.

Amazing place. Easy check in instructions, very comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Alexander provided a baby crib for us. Lovely pool on the top floor. We were really thankful for the well stocked refrigerator when we arrived in the middle of the night, water and soft drinks!

This place was clean, modern and convenient. I would gladly stay there again if necessary.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable apartment. It had amazing views of the ocean and Santo Domingo from the patio. The host was very nice and responsive. It felt like a very safe apartment complex and area. There was a pharmacy in the same complex which was helpful.
