Great location,lots of amenities and quiet. Close to Gatlinburg but not so close that you deal with the traffic and noise. Clean unit,nice pools , miniature golf and gas grill.Couldnt ask for more

Beautiful apartment with thoughtful touches everywhere! Super helpful hosts. So lovely to enter and find a bottle of local wine and locally baked goodies. Comfy robes, plenty of towels. The location features an amazing view of the Blue Ridge. We loved sitting by the fish pond with some wine and enjoying the rolling hills.

We first visited Nature’s Retreat a year ago & booked again for this year as we were leaving. It is the perfect spot for a couple visiting Smith Mountain Lake. Well equipped and comfortable, private and peaceful, near the lake and surrounded by nature. Beverly is a fabulous host, responsive and helpful!

My family and I stayed at Andy’s place over the Christmas holiday. It was our first time taking a vacation for Christmas and the entire trip was phenomenal. The room was updated and looked much better than the pictures. There is a ton of things to do onsite and nearby. Rooms are assigned at check in. You really don’t have to leave the resort unless you just want to explore the surrounding area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the surrounding area. The room was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. Andy was a fantastic host and was available as needed. We had an all-around excellent Christmas vacation for a great price!

We had a wonderful time while staying at Kimberly’s place, the views were amazing and it was so peaceful! The area is so beautiful, would like to plan another visit where we have more time to explore.

Tim and Lori were very responsive and thoughtful! They were very accommodating for check in and checkout and were very quick and detailed with communication! They were very sweet in conversation and had good recommendations! The apartment is a well-kept, very nice and clean space with thoughtful local details!

We enjoyed this little slice of heaven. I initially chose this because of the dog fence (very hard to find) and great price…little did I know I was in for a 5 star resort! It is nestled in a 3 acre private lot. It was so relaxing listening to nature—my kids especially loved the peacocks. There is a full on playground that is the size you’d find in a park you will have all to yourselves. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING. It really is the little things that make it special—all the extra coffee pods and creamers—the plethora of pool floats for the kids. The pool and gym we used a lot! The rooftop deck was perfect to have a picnic dinner. We ran into the homeowners a couple times in the driveway (they live in a house beside the apt.) and they are some of the nicest, most genuine people. We begged to see their dogs-one is a Great Dane the size of a horse we fell in love with. They are EVERYTHING you could ask for in a host. You will truly feel like you’re with family. We hope return!

The hosts at 340S have thought of everything. New, modern decor. Amenities like water, snacks, Advil (which we needed!) etc. as well as refills for those in the lobby. Perfect kitchen which we used to host a few friends over for a drink before dinner. The location is unbeatable. One minute to UK dorms, and walkable from bars and restaurants. I had trouble working the front door lock, but the host was instantly responsive when I reached out so I got right in. Can't recommend this unit and host enough. I've already booked a few stays for the fall!

Although it is over a large garage, you wouldn't even notice once inside. Private drive without a house directly in front as we expected. Cold A/C. Great water pressure in the shower. Comfy bed and even the pull-out was comfortable. Blue-tooth speaker to play your music. Nice firepit outside. Everything was great and we will definitely be staying there again!!!

Comfy little apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, perfect for a long weekend! Close to downtown for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. Matt and Ellen are friendly and responsive hosts. I enjoyed staying here!

I've stayed here in the past for work travel. I love how convenient it is and how close it is to my office. The space is great for a week-long stay when I don't want to come home to a hotel room each night. It's clean and spacious, and I love that the kitchen is fully equipped to make a meal. I have recommended this to my co-workers who also travel to the area. Will definitely come back.
