Girrawheen Blackheath - c1926 Heritage Cottage

Celebrating 100yrs 1926-2026. A charming 1920s mountain cottage. Girrawheen is bathed in northern light & all rooms have views to the delightful seasonal garden. Both spacious and cosy, it provides a wonderful place to relax. Close to Govetts Leap, bushwalks and an easy stroll to the village. There are three bedrooms (max 6 pers) & three bathrooms. Bedrooms made available according to number of guests. Price varies dependent on number of guests. Dogs welcome with prior approval. No cats.

Maple View is situated in the small historic town of Medlow Bath, just 10 minutes north of Katoomba and only 90 minutes drive or 120 minutes by train from Sydney. It is situated at the end of a quiet, dead-end road adjoining the beautiful World Heritage National Park. The cottage is warm and welcoming with a rustic charm, and the modern amenities ensure a comfortable stay. The cottage looks out over the garden where you will sometimes see our resident wallabies and lyrebirds.
