The apartment was well cleaned and tidy. It is roomy, with a great view onto the Pirin mountains and overall exactly as described. Margarita is a great host. She was friendly and always available. The apartment has two bedrooms, and a large kitchen and dining area, the furniture is complete (several armchairs, chairs, and a couch) and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard utensils and beyond plus an oven. The location is good, next to a really superb (!) bakery, only a few minutes from several supermarkets, and not far from the ski zone. Spring and autumn are perhaps the best seasons for this apartment as the temperature can get quite high in the summer, due to the south-east exposure under the roof. Both, the location and the neighbours are quiet, and you can have a great, relaxed stay here!

This place was so lovely, clean bright and modern. All the family loved it. We have stayed in Bansko for 13 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed and would stay again. So well equipped pots, pans , air fryer ! Walkable distance to gondala and town centre. Definitely stay again ☺️

I cannot speak highly enough of this apartment and the team (smart academy ski rental below). The family business organised everything we needed for a great first skiing holiday. As we were new to skiing, it massively helped that they could take care of everything. We booked airport transfers, ski rental and private lessons with them, it couldn’t have been easier. Nina was very responsive and helpful, guiding me through everything. Our ski instructor Renny, was fantastic! Extremely patient and encouraging - thank you! The apartment was exactly as described and opposite the ski road and bottom gondola station. We literally skied to opposite the apartment, crossed the road and into the shop to store all the ski gear! Bobby was then there to welcome us back. Amazing team, thank you all for a very memorable holiday.

The best!

Vyara's and Petko's apartment is a fantastic place to stay in Bansko. This time was our second time staying here and it was even better than the first. It is very quite, warm and perfectly located next to the national park for easy access. The food nearby is very good, with good access to supermarkets. To get into town is around a a 15- 20 min walk down hill which is very easy and the walk is packed with great restaurants and shops along the way. When it is busy there is also a way into town along the back roads that is very beautiful and much less busy. All in all I would very much recommend staying with them as they are excellent hosts with an excellent home.

Thanks so much for having us Jacklin & Dimitris. Perfect space for us while we were skiing/snowboarding. Really appreciate how accommodating and welcoming you were. Would love to come back.

Great location close to everything in the town! Apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed! Loved the interior was very aesthetic. Would highly recommend, hosts were very accommodating.
